I called Clear and Style on a Friday morning due to a leak coming from one of my windows. I spoke with a woman named Rachel who scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. Rachel called me back shortly thereafter and told me that due to my leak, she did not want to make us wait until Monday for service. She asked if I had any availability for a Saturday appointment. I said yes. Rachel then asked if I had availability for same day service- Friday afternoon. Well, I was thrilled so of course said yes. The service arrival window was 1-3. At 2:15 I called Rachel to ask if the roofer was on his way. She told me his prior job was taking longer than expected and he would be at my home later than scheduled, around 4:30 or 5. I said ok and waited all afternoon. At 4:30 the roofer did not show up. At 5 the roofer did not show up. No phone call from anyone. Finally, at 5:15, I called Rachel to inquire about my appointment. She said she had no idea where the roofer was and he was not answering his phone so she was unable to contact him. At this point it became obvious that something was awry- either no one communicated my appointment to this technician or Rachel was lying to try to smooth over a mistake on her end. I spent the next hour on and off the phone with Rachel as she tried, unsuccessfully, to contact the roofer. She said she was worried that something had happened to the service technician and that she would call us on Saturday morning with an update to try to squeeze us in to the schedule. However, at this late point in the day, no Saturday appointments were available (this is after Rachel unprompted canceled my original Monday appointment and insisted on a Friday appointment). I was frustrated that at her prompting, she scheduled us for same day service, no one ever showed up, and then she could not prioritize us and get us a next day appointment or even a Monday appointment. As it turned out, Rachel never called us on Saturday morning and we never heard from anyone from this company about rescheduling an appointment. So rude and unprofessional! They wasted our time and Rachel was completely unaccommodating. I felt really duped by this company and will never use them for service. Customers beware of the poor customer service.

These guys were awesome! I dealt with Justin from Clear & Style roofer, he had a fast response time, sent detailed quote quickly and actually replaced my roof earlier than originally scheduled. They showed up on time, professional & polite crew, site was left tidy when job complete. They even replaced a faulty skylight for me at no extra charge. They provided excellent customer service and I’m confident that this will continue should I need them for anything in the future. Thanks Guys!
