We used Complete for the second time (first time they replaced our flat roof, this time we had them replace a slate roof in the front). We were just as pleased as we were the first time around. Chris and his crew arrived on time and completed the work quickly. Once the work was completed, we didn't like the metal flashing that was used and asked whether it could be replaced with end caps. Chris quickly sent his crew back out the following day and replaced the material at no additional cost. It's rare to find contractors you can trust these days, and I would recommend Complete Roofing Solutions without hesitation.

I found Chris and Complete Roofing while searching for a roofer experienced in slate for a 100 year old Tudor home with the original roof. He gave a very reasonable estimate for necessary work to keep the roof in good repair and absolutely watertight.They came out on time, within budget and answered my dozens of questions patiently. We've relied on Complete Roofing Solutions a few times now, always with incredible customer service and great results. The owner, Chris, answered the phone in the evening on Easter Sunday when a bee swarm decided to target our house for their new hive, causing dozens of bees to get into our house via our HVAC. Despite an extremely packed schedule, his team made it to our house the very next afternoon, installing mesh on vents and a hole under our gutter to stop the problem (without having to exterminate the bees). Chris Onoffrey of Complete Roofing Solutions installed new TPO roof for our historic DC rowhouse. Excellent quality job, done in one day less than half of what others were charging. Complete tear off and then a fully adhered TPO roof. They finished the front edge where it connected to the slate mansard with a beautiful copper trim flashing, looks original from the street.I did commercial roofing in college so bit of a ringer on roofing so I know the trade. Very impressed with Chris' work and especially is his reasonable pricing. Other companies charge double for half the quality. Also had him run a new vent for a bathroom fan - also did a great job, on time.I highly recommend Chris and Complete. Honest, fair, fast and good quality workmanship. We were very pleased with the high quality work and great attention to detail — for a very reasonable price. We had an especially complicated Capitol Hill corner home with both a flat roof, historic slate cupula and many complicated gutters and downspouts. They greatly improved the function and appearance of the gutters and downspouts and took care not to damage the landscaping. I used Complete Roofing to replace the roof on my dc row house (flat roof). They did a great job for a fair price. The team was professional and very responsive from our very first interaction to the end. We realized shortly after they left that our AC had stopped running and they turned right around. It turned out the wire was decades old and was already broken, and the jostling of the unit just caused the old patch to come apart which they gladly fixed for us without complaint. There are quite a few good roofing contractors in the DC area, so it was hard to find the right one. After getting some different quotes, my wife and I chose Complete Roofing Solutions. In the end, it was not a hard decision and based the results, it was clearly the RIGHT decision!We found out about Complete Roofing Solutions from our contact at Solar Solutions. We purchased a solar system and needed a new roof for our Capitol Hill row house before installation of the solar panels. From the beginning, Chris from Complete Roofing Solutions was the most responsive, knowledgeable and patient when we had questions...and we had quite a few! Chris and his team obviously had the experience with flat roofs on old homes like ours and that is what we needed most!We had Chris install a new skylight, new gutters and the best, most energy-efficient and cost-effective roof for the long term. His quote was easy to follow and included things that other contractors didn't think of or wanted to charge extra for or couldn't do at all!At the same time as getting the new roof, we needed some work done on the exterior or our brick chimneys. We thought we needed a chimney company to do these external repairs, but Chris did them as part of the new roof project. Before selecting a roofing contractor for our house, I researched roofers who were reputable and had a solid track record of replacing flat roofs in DC. Our house was built in 1899, and it has three levels of flat roof. Each level has its own quirks and idiosyncrasies. Our goal was to replace the roof with a high efficiency roof and then install solar panels.Complete Roofing Solutions was recommended by our solar panel contractor, and I was impressed with its work. I spoke with Chris several times, and I decided it was the right choice. I am very pleased to say that this was an excellent decision.Chris and his crew are honest and diligent, and we were quoted a fair price for a very good product. I received calls and emails each day as the job progressed, and Chris spent ample time answering my many questions. I worked in construction when I was younger, and so I know enough about roofs to cause trouble and be dangerous. Chris and his crew knew all of the answers, and the end product is stellar.As if that wasn't enough, it rained for several days after the roof was completed, and Chris called me before and after the rain to make certain we didn't see any leaks. Our roof have skylights and abut walls and chimneys, and I would have understood if we had one or two places that needed to be made more water tight. The only way that you are going to know in the end if a new roof has any possible leaks is to weather a few big storms, and our roof is spectacular.In short, great roof, great service, great follow-up, and a fair price.

Chris and his team have been awesome to work with. We were referred by other neighbors who had their roofs installed by Complete and they were very happy in working with him so we called for a quote. He quoted us cheaper than the other quote we had and he was quick, super straight forward, and his work was impeccable. I have heard about nightmare issues with DC row houses like mine, but these guys know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend them.
