Kaz and the team at Falcon Construction are the most professional general contracting crew we’ve ever worked with. They did a five-month renovation of our late 1800s era home, including a complete kitchen and basement overhaul, full renovation of a couple of bedrooms and bathrooms, and removal of two structural walls, among other smaller projects. Kaz, and his site manager, Piotr, have excellent attention to detail and understand the bones of old homes. I trusted the whole team, who treated our home like it was their own. They are good people to work with and the team shows up on time ready to work. Our job was finished on time and the results are stunning.

Kaz and his Falcon team did a great job renovating our Georgetown condo, including major work for our kitchen and bathrooms. They were deeply involved in the design phase and extremely helpful offering options to our needs and addressing areas of complexity that required trade-offs or options. All of our work was custom and Falcon's ability to do all the cabinet work in-house is a huge benefit. The renovation was done during COVID and Kaz and team were diligent in working through supplier delays or timing bumps, always progressing the project in order not to compromise our end dates. What is most impressive is the follow through on any issue to make sure we were completely satisfied. We had some rework to do on the quartz countertop and Kaz personally engaged with experts to make sure things were done to our standards and his. Condo renovations are tricky for many reasons. Falcon worked through all requirements to include some work-arounds required to meet building unique policies and approvals. Overall, the Falcon team and Kaz personally were a joy to work with. Always responsive, professional and friendly. We would highly recommend Falcon for any work, large projects or small.

This team consisted of experienced experts, from Kaz, KJ to every single member of their fantastic team. I had two bathrooms remodeled in a historic district. We hired Falcon Construction to perform a major renovation of our home. Kaz, the owner, and his team were true professionals - their work was the highest caliber. We used Falcon for a year-long, significant remodel in Georgetown and would recommend them without reservation. Kaz, Marek, KJ and the whole team were incredibly responsive (we felt we were their only client when clearly we weren't!), smart, and quality-driven. They take their reputation very seriously and it shows. I wanted a team that would not cut corners and we got that. They dealt with the inevitable issues of an old house with smart, long-term solutions that were the right ones, not necessarily the easy ones. If something wasn't quite right, they made it right. Having a woodworking shop themselves was fantastic; we took advantage of that for cabinets, etc. They were very easy to work with and were always willing to do whatever it takes. We never had to wonder if they would take care of it; they always did. Professional all around. I recently used Falcon Construction on an extensive renovation project of mine in Potomac and couldn't have been more pleased.I'd received quotes from local competitors but after meeting the owners of Falcon I got that old school sense of trust and reliability that seems so hard to find these days!My wife and I bought a serious fixer upper and needed extensive renovations on the main floor and the pool house out back.
