What a wonderful company to work with. From Start to finish Jenkins was very informative on every step of my roof replacement. The employees that I worked closely with are Demi and Chuck. They went out of their way to help me with my Insurance claim and speaking with my adjustor. They both worked with me to guide me through the process and made sure it was completed in a very timely fashion. The workmanship and pride Jenkins took with my roof was impeccable. My home had water damage as a result of a roof leak. The damage was in my music room with a very expensive baby grand piano and various other musicial instruments & personal pictures.When the crew arrived at my home (ON TIME) lead by the supervisor, Mr. Derrick, the were polite, very knowledgeable and extremely informative. Engaging with this company has been an absolute debacle. Initially the process was promising. However, they’ve proven to be untrustworthy, deceiving me and provided conflicting information repeatedly. Action seems to only occur after I exert pressure over the phone, demanding explanations for the incessant delays.The project manager’s behavior is particularly egregious. I receive conflicting information daily, and the lack of personal acknowledgment—referred to merely as ‘sir’—is telling of their disinterest and lack of commitment. It’s evident they prefer to outsource the labor while hastily collecting payment.Given these circumstances, I strongly advise against this company. For those seeking peace of mind and reliability, steer clear.

In June 2023, a water pipe burst in my 2nd floor laundry room, resulting in water damage to the 1st and 2nd floors of my home. Jenkins Restoration was recommended by my insurance company to facilitate the water mitigation. The water mitigation team, specifically, Derrick Stevens, did such a thorough and professional job, that I asked for the rebuild to be completed by Jenkins Restoration as well.From the onset, Mr. Orlando Boch was professional and receptive. During this challenging event Mr. Boch responded immediately to any issues that occurred. He went, what I considered, above and beyond the customer service experience that I expected. Thanks to the team of Jenkins Restoration, and Mr. Orlando Boch, Project Manager, my home looks great. I appreciate their hard work and dedication through this process.

Jenkins Restoration was outstanding in every way, from initial consultation to planning, rebuilding and completion. We suffered a large loss to our house from a chimney fire and the entire home had to be rebuilt. The idea of having our house completely rebuilt was overwhelming to say the least. Mike Kresloff was our initial contact with Jenkins. He was always available to answer our many questions. In addition, his thorough and detailed explanation of the entire Jenkins process was both calming and reassuring. Our project manager was Adam Dock. Adam went above and beyond at every step of the rebuild. With so many decisions to make we were completely overwhelmed. Adam always responded immediately to our endless questions and requests for information. His expertise and advice on materials and how to accommodate any desired modifications to the original interior house design was very impressive and essential. In the end, the rebuild was of such high quality that even our neighbors were impressed and commented on the great job by Jenkins Restoration. Used Jenkins for a complete basement rebuild. Replaced my mainline sewer piping and Jenkins replaced the flooring in 2 of the rooms, repainted all rooms, and replaced the utility closet door. Nelson and his staff was awesome. They finished the job ahead of schedule (wow), and the clean-up was awesome. Great work, very professional, and all of the employees were great. If I ever need work done again, I'm definitely calling Nelson and Jenkins Restoration.Second Claim - Dec 2020. Had some roofing leaks and water intrusion. After I filed a claim, I told my provider that I had to use Jenkins again! Sure enough, Nelson and his crew did the job. Timely, professional, and tidy. Jenkins contracted the job out to a non qualified contractor. More so Jenkins did not proactively and consistently monitor the individual or the work irregardless of customers shared concerns. Months later we are still negatively impacted by Jenkins extremely poor workmanship. Mold formed as a result of their Shady unethical business practice. Charging insurance company top price and contracting work out to non qualified non licensed, non documented workers. To top it off we can’t get a response from the companies executive office and no one has ever accepted our offer to come out and inspect the poor work first hand. We are left with no other option put to seek legal action as problem continue to unfold all from a minor water over flow from a bathroom sink. Existing damage are: pipe clogged with caulking, floor not leveled, exposed metal results in cuts from floor and lining, cabinets cheap slanted poor quality. Should have known this was a street business after the General Contractor pressured us into writing the final payment payable to him after he ensured us he would come back to correct the poor work man ship stating “ I tried to give these guys a job and told them to call me if they didn’t know what to do but they failed me, I want use them again”- ChristianMy family was scared and said pay these people and hope the PM who so conveniently reference God and being a good person comes back and makes this right. Well he didn’t.

I wanted to write a couple of notes about my experience with Jenkins Restorations and why I chose them. It’s been about a year since a huge tree dropped on my house. Shortly after I was asked to choose contractors to perform extensive repairs. Jenkins was my insurance companies first call. They performed emergency service to board up my house. They did it quickly and kept in contact. Mike was my primary contact. He was very helpful and gave a lot of great advice. After talking to my adjustor, he mentioned different ways to do the repair. The reasons I chose Jenkins was they can do it all (full-service construction), which cut down on the number of decisions and time involved for me. In addition to already having a good experience with Jenkins, I learned that Jenkins is well respected by my insurance company. Throughout the experience of the repairs, I worked with Scott. I didn’t have to call a dozen people. Scott was a complete professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to get a hold of whenever I needed him. He also got estimates for and completed additional work I asked about and provided great recommendations throughout our time together. My adjustor respected Scott and trusted his opinion, which was very important. As repairs continued and new issues arose Scott always communicated them to me and the adjustor effectively. Because of his knowledge of the insurance process as well as construction, new issues weren’t issues for me. They were approved by the adjustor and recommendations and advice was given to me directly by Scott. Orlando coordinated repairs that needed to be completed after a tree hit our house. He was very thorough in investigating the extent of the damage and he explained clearly what needed to be done. My rental home caught fire while I was living abroad. I woke up to voice mails from Jenkins letting me know they were on the scene and saw the damage. From start to finish, I was pleased with their professionalism and experience.My project manager, Adam Dock, was a pleasure to work with and was able to do the impossible: he worked with me (remotely), my insurance and my property management company over the course of 9 months to completely tear down and rebuild my home to my complete satisfaction. Only when the house was finished was I able to physically visit.The restoration included: all new floors, walls, insulation, electric, plumbing, new roof, and a couple additions such as HVAC and floor and kitchen upgrades.They also immediately addressed a couple of other small issues in the coming months after everything was signed off (blockage in sewer line, garbage disposal issue).Totally satisfied customer here, in no small part due to Adam's guidance, experience and professionalism.

They were flexible and accommodating with our schedule needs and our desired items (e.g. matching carpet was not from their supplier, so they arranged to get what we needed.). Basement and floors look like new. Jenkins PM (JD) kept on top of everything and any small issues were resolved promptly.

A broken pipe and resulting flooding caused substantial damage to three levels of my house. I couldn't have made it without Jenkins' handling the damage the next morning. They sent competent crews to deal with the water damage, demolition and renovations. Their construction crew has competent emplyees that are the best painters, plumbers and flooring people. Please stay away from this company. Jenkins was hired by my insurance company to address a sewage back up in my basement. When a crew arrived to begin clean up they very quickly said, "There is white mold everywhere... we can't handle this as is; we need to send a hazmat crew out to do mold-remediation." **5 days later** the mold remediation crew arrive -- and the workers tell me, 'We don't believe that's mold,' but they still charged 4500+ for the 'mold-remediation and clean-up.' They told me that I would be hearing back from the restoration department to schedule the restoration of my basement. Another 5 days have passed and I'm still waiting for them to contact me. However, I've already moved on - hired a contractor to come rebuild my walls. I can only conclude that when Jenkins is dealing with insurance adjusters, they may lie about 'mold' to make more money, but ultimately, they do not care about client. (My plumber also saw the 'white mold' and told me it wasn't mold --he believed it was a mineral residue - and even if it was mold, it was certainly not a big enough deal to send a hazmat crew out - he also said it's common knowledge that companies will be dishonest and charge for unnecessary services. I am angered about the drawn out process and especially that I was made to feel anxious about mold spreading throughout my basement and putting my family's health at risk -- an unnecessary stress).

Jenkins Restorations came to know our house when our primary insurance company called them to repair the damage that was done from a water leak that was discovered in our basement.Without going into detail, the damage discovered grew into epic proportions. The headache was quickly given to Project Manager Jamie Doyle to handle.Jamie Doyle was absolutely phenomenal in communicating with us and managing his team.It is important to note that Jenkins Restorations works across the country, not just the state where I live. During this time, the East Coast was experiencing record rain fall and flood damage. I know for a fact the workers and managers of Jenkins were sent all over the country working 18+ hour days. Jamie Doyle still maintained contact.The only time Doyle was out of contact, was when he was undergoing major surgery. Crazy man still called and attempted to keep up to date with the project. When his pain meds were kicking in too hard, his boss Adam Wells was on the phone helping out and keeping track of the project.The biggest compliment I can give to Jamie Doyle and Jenkins, is that during the repairs, a major flaw found in the house. Instead of just throwing up new sheet rock and paint on the problem, Jamie Doyle recognized the problem was outside Jenkins' scope and area of expertise. He reached out to an outside professional who guided us through the problem.It's a bad day when your house is destroyed and needs repair. It's a good day when Jenkins Restorations is the company conducting those repairs.

I'd make this zero if I could. If you ever use them, be sure to have a lawyer review the contract before you sign. I was still in shock about my whole house being gutted, and way too trusting. The contract protects them, NOT YOU. We parted ways at the end of the contract term, and the house couldn't pass a close in inspection. They kept money they hadn't earned, and much of the work they did had to be redone by another contractor. Needless to say, they cost me a lot of extra money to do things that were to be covered by insurance.
