Miguel did a wonderful job installing insulation to my whole basement and part of my house, helped w the basement renovation, floor installation, some plumbing and painting! highly recommend him! used “cheaper” contractors in the past to end up calling him to come back to fix and do the job again!

Miguel was fantastic. He always shows up as promised. He was flexible with us last week! The plumber had to come back 4 times because they didn’t fix all the leaks which meant Miguel’s team had to reschedule us too! See before & after photos. He did some renovations for us in April as well. Fixed the garage wall that had water damage, built a new deck to the yard with stairs. Fixed the gutter/leak in the sun room and more. He re-painted all the peeling paint in our 1939 home. Miranda's painting performed a series of improvements to my last home as we prepared to put it on the market for sale. Miguel was incredibly responsive, provided multiple quotes, and performed a myriad of improvements. He painted several rooms, installed bathroom fixtures, replaced and installed tiles, glazed windows to improve their ability to hold in cold during the summer and heat during the winter, fixed a gate and installed another gate, and allowed me to purchase everything from Home Depot utilizing his contractor discount.My experience with Miranda's and all of the employees was great. They worked hard, finished on time and on budget. They have my highest recommendation and I will definitely work with them again.

I would never hire Miranda's Painting again. Miguel does not really supervise each crew (he has three, I think) and the crews are sloppy and careless. They did probably $3-4,000.00 damage to my house and refused to pay for any of it except an expensive window shade that simply disappeared from my bathroom.The trim painting is sloppy; they ruined so many things, and left my Oriental rugs so dirty I had to spend a few thousand dollars getting them cleaned. Every window was painted shut. As I tried to unstick the upstairs double window, part of it fell off and hit me in the head--they had broken the window frame because they didn't get it back in the track. The bathroom tile job looks awful; they used some black tar-like substance for grouting (I know because they left the used can in my bushes). I will probably get that entire job redone-it looks like someone who just liked tar did it. They left all the empty paint cans, including the 5 gallon ones, in my basement instead of taking them to the county recycling center. They ruined the top of the antique oak dresser in my daughter's room. I could go on.As I say, never again.Services: Paint indoors, Remodeling

Bad Experience- Miguel Miranda did a great dis- service to us. He was to install 4 rooms of tile. We agreed to his Estimate. He gave us a Start date 3 weeks out- we had all material on site ready. We texted several times and got no answer to confirm and ask a question. But when he wanted to reach us the morning of start date and could not -we were on the phone- he became irate. He showed up and set a few things up and brought a young girl which we did question- then he promptly announced he could not do the job. We suspect he bailed on us to go work a bigger/different job and used a non -sensical excuse to bail on the job -outrageous. There was something sketchy about Miranda Painting and our suspicions were confirmed when they bailed after we waited weeks for them!Poor communicator and response time and may bail out on your job. We do not recommend this CompanyService: Tile work replacement

Miranda Painting is who you need to hire for your next remodeling, painting, flooring job. Miguel and his team worked so hard on our house to sand, stain, and finish our hardwood floors, and the result is AMAZING! We’ve had similar jobs done before, and it’s easy to leave sawdust behind in cracks & crevices. Not the case with Miranda – these guys clean up better than you’d expect. AND they were the least expensive of 4 quotes that I received for the same job. I highly recommend them for any project, large or small.

Miguel is fantastic to work with and does great work! I don't do any work at my house without multiple quotes and Miguel's quotes came in at a very reasonable, honest and detailed price compared to the rest. Some quotes came in at almost double and other quotes might have come in lower, but they didn't include much if the work and finishes discussed. Upon pressing the matter a bit for a more detailed quote they all then came in well above Miguel's. Most other quotes fealt like a bait and switch. NOT Miguel's. He knows what he's talking about, and will discuss the various options at the beginning and throughout the process. And again, the quality of the work was amazing and his team works hard to get the job done while cleaning up as they go. We already have some future projects lined up and will be using his services again. P.S. For COVID times projects, he and his team were extremely vigiliant about wearing masks and all of that good stuff.

Very professional and easy to work with. We used them for indoor and outdoor painting as well as small renovations, such as replacing a rotting window ledge and the metal panels on an old garage. Mr. Miranda is pro-active, making suggestions and pointing out problems that need fixing, but also responsive to his clients' budget and concerns.
