Discrepancy in Gutter Cleaning Service Request - Unfulfilled Exterior CleaningI recently scheduled a gutter cleaning service with Ned Stevens company, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. Despite clearly communicating my need for cleaning both the inside and outside of the gutters, as well as the 1st vinyl siding on the backside of my house, the technician who arrived only cleaned the inside of the gutters.When I reached out to discuss this issue with a coworker from the company, I was informed that their gutter cleaning service does not typically include the cleaning of the exterior gutters or the vinyl siding. However, this crucial information was not conveyed to me during the appointment scheduling process, leading to a significant misunderstanding.As a result, I feel compelled to share my disappointment with the service received. Clear and accurate communication is paramount in any service-oriented business, and in this instance, there was a significant breakdown in that regard.I kindly urge Ned Stevens company to review their procedures and ensure that customers are provided with complete information about the scope of their services during the scheduling process. It is essential that customers are aware of what they can expect and that their specific requirements are accurately documented to avoid any misunderstandings or disappointments.In conclusion, I believe that Ned Stevens company needs to address this issue to prevent similar incidents in the future. I hope they take this feedback constructively and make the necessary improvements to ensure consistent and reliable service for all their customers.Note: I encourage everyone to communicate their specific cleaning requirements clearly when scheduling services and confirm with the company beforehand to avoid any misunderstandings.

The workers were courteous and did their work quickly and efficiently. The gutters were a great match and look great. Great job cleaning up when finished. We wish that we had more advanced notice of the worker’ arrival, but all worked out fine.

They wash the leaves down the gutters and it clogs the dry well leading to flooding and required expensive clearing out . Even after I asked them not to do that and the manager said they dont, they keep doing it. Im not paying over $100 to have you clog my drains.

The team cleaned my gutters quickly but thoroughly. Knocked when the got here to tell me who they were and what they were doing, and before they left after finishing the job. They also blew the leaves off the porches and walkway. Very professional and pleasant to work with.

I used Ned Stevens for gutter cleaning. Easy to schedule and to get on a plan so I don’t have to think about it every year! There are cheaper places but the ease of scheduling and taking it off my plate is a worthwhile convenience to me.

I am very disappointed in my experience. First, they don't honor any of the work done by My Gutter who replaced my front gutter only a year ago. Second, when I told them after my gutter cleaning the corners leak, the representative told me No, I am wrong. I asked them to come out and inspect again, understanding I would pay for any repairs needed, and he told me they don't need to do that. I will take my money elsewhere because they clearly do not want it!

I had my first service with Ned Stevens 2 days ago. 2 people came and the main person spoke very little English and was not able to communicate much to me. They spent very little time and left without telling me anything. When I noticed, they just did the blow dry over the gutter and didn't flush it, I called Customer service. First the customer service was surprised that the work was not done, then he said we had underquoted you and therefore we didn't do a full job as we have to charge you more and this was a free service. When I told him, I got a bill in the email, he said to ignore that and the service is free. What a waste of time- first time they came and they looked at my house and said they don't have a tall ladder and went back. This time they left without doing the job and not telling me anything and resending the bill after I call them. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Very frustrated working with them. Very unprofessional.

Ned Stevens company cleaned my gutters and cleaned my very dirty siding. They were fast and organized, friendly. Not a speck of mess left behind. Defintely recommend these guys and will use going forward.

Easy to setup an appointment and received text updates on status. Workers who showed up were professional and courteous. They power washed all the gutters, and then bagged up and removed all debris. I plant o use Ned Stevens for all my yearly gutter cleaning.

They are reliable and efficient. However, they often suggest that they have noticed a "potential problem" that needs your attention in an effort to get you to call them so they can attempt to sell additional services. When I asked their phone person why they didn't note the problem on the invoice she told me their people don't speak English.

My business was recently transfered from a predecessor company. I use them for gutters. Old company used to send before/after photos of my gutters and take the debris away. This one takes no photos citing insurance and leaves debris for me in a bag. On the plus side, Ned Stevens offers more services. A little pricey, but they are very professional and reliable.

Impossible to cancel service because they dont answer the phone. I tried emailing and they told me I have to call, they still wont answer the phone. Just kept on hold for over an hour. They constantly try to upsell you when you first talk to them. They are too big of a business, they have no idea what the field guys are doing and the field guys have no idea what they were sent to your house to do. If anyone from this business sees this review, please cancel my service. I still cant get through the phone tree to a real person.
