I am living under a beautiful new roof thanks to Presidential Exteriors. This company is excellent to work with. The team of consultants and managers from Clay, Nate, Mike, who I met and worked with plus behind the scene professionals Ben, Moses, Samantha (I’m sure I’m forgetting someone) were friendly, experienced, and easy to work with. They communicated with me throughout the project and answered any questions I had. The hardworking crew arrived promptly and completed the roof in one day despite a brief period of rain. They did a thorough yard cleanup before leaving. I will use Presidential again because of their quality materials, warranties, and excellent customer service.

Presidential installed 2 sliding doors, window shutters, and gutters at my home. They had a seamless experience and handoff from sales to project management to installation and post install QC.Marshall was the PM on the job who kept me informed on product delivery timelines and scheduled install date. Marion was the delivery project manager who did the final walk through and informed me about new financing options that were available since my initial contract signing (I did end up getting a better deal as a result). The team was very respectful of my home and left their work areas and my driveway in great condition.The doors did come with the wrong color handles but they scheduled the manufacturer to come out and fix it within a week.

I finally got all my 19 windows in my house replaced today by Presidential Exteriors. They’ve done excellent job with high quality of materials. The pricing is also reasonable. All the personnel I dealt with were very nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. Miguel gave thorough presentation. Joe and his crews installed the windows in a day and did an excellent job!! Jacob from the quality assurance came and inspected the windows. He’s very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. He went over and also inspected my gutters and doors besides the windows. As I’m aware of the damages on the doors and door frames, and the gutters, Jacob explained it to me what caused the damage. He gave me such a good price and good deal for replacing the gutters and doors, I went ahead to have them replaced by Presidential Exteriors too. Jacob could get me an appointment for the gutters to be done by tomorrow!! I highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for windows. I’ll write my review on the gutters and doors next 😁

We have been looking at roofing companies for over a year and finally met Mo P from Presidential Exteriors. He is very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. He helped us understand our options and finalize our choice of a new roof. We were thrilled! Andy Jacobs was phenomenal to speak with when scheduling our installation date. We have had nothing but excellent experiences with these employees. Jose, the project managaer, was one of the best. He took the time to sit with us and talk through any questions or concerns we had. He was here on the day of installation and came to review the work when it was complete. Overall we are very happy with this company and cannot recommend them enough. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy company that treats you with care and respect then look no further. Presidential Exteriors is incredible and we will be referring them to all of our friends and family in the future.

The installation team did a wonderful job! They were very meticulous, efficient and professional during the installation. They came around 9:30am, installed 39 windows, and completed everything by 3:30pm! My windows are beautiful! No headaches and stress! We had a wonderful experience with Presidential Exteriors starting with our initial sit down with Mark Roeckell. On the day of installation, everything went as promised and planned. The crew was timely and very professional. The project manager, Joseph Rodriguez, was on site to make sure that everything went smoothly and to answer any and all of our questions. His follow-up and thorough walk through after the crew was finished left quite the impression on us. We are extremely pleased with the quality of our new windows.

Presidential Exteriors did a great job, replacing all of the windows in our house in one day. We even have some very large custom made “waterfall” windows on a two-story family room. They installed them perfectly, and they look great. Vince was in charge of the crew that day. The workers were very efficient and collaborative, and clearly experienced. I highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with the two-week home improvement work performed by Presidential Exteriors: exterior re-siding, re-painting, one exterior door/frame replacement, window trims plus a total rebuild of old, rotting front porch. After getting ghosted by a previous company who has given us a door estimate, we were a bit skeptical about door companies but Presidential came in and were super responsive the whole process of choosing, ordering and installing our door.We have a mid century modern house and were looking for a door that fit the style, Presidential provided us with many options and we were able to find one we liked - we also were able to do a custom color for not too much of an increased cost, which was nice.Once the door was ordered, Presidential was extremely communicative about when to expect the door and once a delivery date was established they were quick to set up an install date that worked for us.The door was delivered a day ahead of install and Mr. Kim and his crew showed up bright and early the day of and installed the door quicker than expected. Everything looked fantastic when he was done and he was quick to ask about caulk color to make sure everything fit the way we wanted.Brennan and Joseph, the project managers were in touch day of and day after to make sure we were happy with how everything had gone and didn’t have any questions about the warranty or anything else.Orlov, came by after the door was installed to do a quality check and make sure we knew that if anything at all was not working smoothly we just had to call and they would adjust it to make everything smooth again.Overall, we are extremely happy with both our door and the experience working with Presidential and would happily use them again in the future.Service: General door installation

I'm sure they do a good job fitting windows, but the customer service even leading up to a diagnostic is so horrific that I canceled. First a man showed up to tell me about a promotion they're running which I agreed to. Then he called his supervisor and had that supervisor also talk to me and relay the same thing to me. Then the next day they called me again to have the same conversation and ask repeatedly if both my husband and I would both be home and wouldn't be going anywhere else for the next hour. At this point, it sounded outright shady with how many times they kept asking about our plans for the evening.The day of I had ANOTHER representative call me to once again ask about collecting information and once again asking if both my husband and I would be home. I told them we're good and hung up - admittedly I was getting frustrated with the barrage of calls about the same thing. They proceeded to then immediately call my husband to harass him about being there for the promotion and sales pitch and AGAIN ask about our plans for the evening.At that point we called them back to cancel and then the rep gave us so much attitude and snark because we wanted to cancel that my husband just had to hang up. I REFUSE to work with this company. I'm sure the people that actually do the labor are great but their customer service needs some serious help.

We met with Billy Gibson today for a quote for 2 exterior doors and a deck. He arrived on time and was very thorough and professional. He explained everything to us about the company, the door manufacturer and what would need to be done for the project. We signed a contract today (helped for a better price) because we felt that Presidential could provide quality service at a good price. My only complaint is the length of time this took, which was double the time we were told over the phone. There was no obligation to sign the contract today, but we chose to do this to get a better price.

Did a great job replacing total of 42 windows. It took a day and a half to finish the job. The installation crew were efficient and worked none stop during this extreme cold January weather, ~20 degrees plus snow. All windows look good and we are satisfied. Cleaning outside area after installation was a challenge as it was covered with snow. Now that the snow melted away, one can spot several debris around the house. But the manager assured us that they would return and clean it up. Overall we are happy.

I had a really good experience with Presidential Exteriors in replacing my front entryway. Everyone from sales to execution was friendly, professional and transparent. The installers did a great job and replaced the door in a matter of hours. I had to wait a while to get the trim installed in the interior due to an ordering mishap. It was a minor issue considering that was for aesthetics and not function. Special shout out to Matt and Storm who came to finalize the installation. They were extremely friendly and respectful. Realizing that I was at work, they talked very quietly as they installed the trim. Very thoughtful! They were done in no time. I would highly recommend that you consider this company for any home exterior work.

It was very fast and efficient work and they used high-quality materials. The workers all knew exactly what they were doing. Jose Rodriguez was the Project Manager and he was very nice and helpful throughout the process. Billy Gibson and Kristin Lane stopped by the house today and gave a great deal/estimate for a roof replacement and were willing to price match a competitor. Billy gave a thorough explanation of the work to be done after his inspection - complete with photos. We are looking forward the end result.
