The people, prices and the work performed was excellent! They first installed our gutter guards and did such a great job I had them come back and do some roof work on our house. Great American Gutters did an excellent job replacing our gutters and downspouts. Both front and back. Rain was leaking behind the old gutters. This problem completely resolved. They also replaced gutters for two neighbors across the street. Excellent workmanship and customer communication.

The team over at Great American Gutter responded quickly when I requested a repair estimate for sagging gutters. Understandibly, they recommended replacement (existing were 5" aluminum that had been on the house since prior to my moving in). They offered a great discount for same day contract/work, and did an amazing job while offering an unbeatable warranty! While up working on the gutters, they took pictures of roof condition and offered advice and an estimate on shingle repairs - but that project is for another day. Thanks again, team!

They came and said the price will be one number, I agreed on the set price during that time, they came to start the process and take payment and told me a totally different price! I thought this was very unprofessional and over priced for the work I needed!

Wow! What a great company and people to work with! They installed a new roof, gutters, down spouts and gutter guards. The work was done on time and budget, but also the attention to detail was super impressive. They even took the time to hook our outdoor sound system back up in phase! I could not have been more delighted with this company. They came out promptly to give an estimate, and came prepared on the appointed day to replace my gutters.The owner pointed out some lapsed caulking outside of one of my windows, and he just fixed it up for me. They also repaired, without additional charge, a metal plank between the roof and the siding which had been ripped off in a recent windstorm.The finished product is lovely. My next-door neighbor was having gutter work done and Jason, Sunny, and crew noticed that my gutters were not only in need of cleaning, but possible evaluation for gutter guards. I have massive white pines that drop copious amounts of needles, and the guards installed by the previous owner were actually making the situation much worse! That day, since there was a bit of daylight left after completing my neighbor's job, Sunny, Jason and crew cleaned my gutters, installed new RX gutter guards that made much more sense for my pine trees, and repaired some of the shingle damage done by the previous gutters, all at an affordable rate. The guys gave top-notch customer service, answered my questions, took pictures and showed me the work done, and were just SUPER cool humans. The owner offered a lifetime warranty on the work for my home. He offered a competitive price. I appreciate his professionalism. I had some concerns and the staff promised to have the owner contact me directly. He sent his staff back to my home to check and they were nice too. He had a day full of meetings, but still called me afterwards (during off duty hours) to address my concerns and he scheduled a time and day for him to return to my home to make sure everything was good to go, which I REALLY appreciated. I had called several gutter cleaners and was shocked at how much the esitimates were but Great American Gutters had by far the most reasonable price and in fact they had the only reasonable price I could find. I also had them power wash our deck and it looks great. I thought they did a great job and had the best price. They got to my house promptly on the scheduled day and they worked several hours out in the freezing cold to get the job done quickly. I recommend them highly.
