They are a very responsive company, answered all of my questions, worked with my insurance company and met the insurance adjustor at my home. Virgil and his crew went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Virgil used technology to view the progress of the work. He inspected different stages of the work in person as they were completed. I now have a new roof, a beautiful sparkly porch and sidewalk step. 5+ ⭐️

He provided thorough quotes and only recommended work that needed to be done: replacing our ridge vents. He was very responsive over e-mail and text. He and Ron got the job done efficiently in just a few hours. Then he explained everything he did in detail, including pictures of the roof and showing me where the leaks had been coming into our attic. I had a very wood experience. Virgil provided timely service and provided a detailed quote. He found leak and repaired to my great satisfaction. He took several pictures to show me leak entry and also after repair. He took time to also provide additional caulking in other areas at no cost. A few weeks later after a rain storm he texted me to ensure repair was holding up which it did. You don’t see service like that these days. I called SSHR regarding a possible roof leak. They came out and identified that the actual problem was damage to the chimney and flue. They were professional, sending pictures of the damage and the progress as the work was being completed. They also recommended and removed a couple of old antennas to eliminate any future damage. I was extremely pleased, as the attention to detail, clean-up and follow-through was more than I expected.
