Very happy to pay for annual gutter cleaning. I have a steep roof and find no reason to get on the roof myself. I like that I am already on the annual schedule, receive a text and a phone call automatically each year now. I also used to have the very expensive gutter guards (not a product of gutter guys)were installed by previous owner and had many issues. I removed those and find it very economical to just have the gutter cleaning service each year.

I've hired the Gutter Guys twice -- for gutter/downspout replacement and gutter cleaning and for soffit work. Both times we've had a positive experience. They came right out and gave a free estimate, and thoroughly explained the estimate, different options and what was involved. They completed the jobs earlier than promised. And most importantly, they did quality work. I'd highly recommend them.

The Gutter Guys replaced my gutters just about a year ago and they did an amazing job! I have not had any issues with my gutter system ever since it was replaced. The office staff and crew were very knowledgable and answered any questions that I had. The entire process was very simple. Overall, they are a great company with great employees who take pride in their work. I had my gutters replaced with The Gutter Guys just about a year ago and they have worked and looked great ever since! The crew completed the work while I was away from the home and left the property just as they had found it. I live across the street from a heavily wooded area and frequently have issues with debris clogging the system so I will be looking to have the GutterGard system installed by the fall! Do you offer financing?

Gutter guys did amazing- we had them out initially to clean our gutters, & a month later to install gutter guards ( in which they even refunded my cleaning fee since I opted for gutter guards). They were quick, responsible & affordable. The crew that worked on our house today, Eric, Josh & Erik were great. No fuss, no mess, easy Peezy. Which we all need more of these days. Highly recommend. The two men only flushed my gutters with a hose. They did NOT clean them. I spent $205 for <$50 worth of work. There is still crud and debris on the drip edge that will continue to gather leaves and seeds.And as they were pulling their hose off my roof they pulled off the flashing on one of the valleys and if I hadn’t seen it in progress they would have left it that way. When I pointed it out Tyler did go back onto the roof and screw it back in place.Service: Gutter cleaning

Gutter Guys installed our gutter guards in under 2 hours, including cleaning our gutters! They were professional and very nice to work with and the guards look great. Chris even took me around the house to review the work with me and asked if I had any questions. He even gave me a brand new broom that extends up to 20 feet to clear any debris that may sit on top of the guards. Highly recommend!Service: Gutter cleaning

Will have an estimate on 8/31/23.Well, "The Gutter Guys" came back on 9/12/23, bright and early, buzzing with energy, like a honeycomb of worker bees! Eric, Erik, and JoshK, arrived a few minutes early, ready for work. One guy effortlessly scaled the ladder to the roof and took down my old gutter and downspout. Another man began to carefully remove imbedded debris from the stucco that could have greatly damaged and impeded the new structure. Eric, the Foreman, motivated the Crew and patiently observed and guided the work actions til it was time for him put the final touches on all the work. I received a top of the line gutter with a guard and downspout. It is beautiful and looks better than all of my neighbors! Plus, it was up and in place for that heavy rainstorm we had later that night. Beautiful and sturdy!Way to go Gutter Guys!

We had The Gutter Guys replace our gutters and their guys did a fantastic job. They were friendly, very professional and our yard was spotless when they finished. We had an issue with one gutter dripping because it was on a very flat roof, I called and they sent someone out the next day. We also had them install gutter guards at the same time. I will check back after the Fall leaf drop if we have any issue with them. At this point, I would highly recommend them.

The Gutter Guys of Baltimore County were professional on the phone and gave helpful information about possible financing same as cash. On appointment day, Danny was the crew leader and he was exceptionally polite and professional. Part of the estimate included are area where the building needed repair due to failed gutter system. He showed me the work and explained what was being done. The Gutter Guys were prompt, on time, professional, and did what they said they would do. The Gutter Guys are a great choice if you need your gutters replaced. They came to my house to give me an estimate a few days after I called, and it was an easy and reasonable. I chose them because I asked a ton of questions and they gave me answers and options without talking down to me or being annoyed. I also decided to install their own gutter guards, so remembering and paying someone to clean my new gutters in the spring and fall is gone. Tyler's crew came on time, were respectful, and did a great job. They were done before I knew it. Finally, they have great customer service. I received calls before and after the work was complete.

Do Not Use , They Do Not Honor their warranty policy ,I had my gutters done about a year ago and about 6 months later water was coming back into my basement worse than before I had them replaced, I called them and they wanted to charge me 175$ to come out to clean my gutters, I told them I just had them inspected and cleaned by another company which charged me a much lower price, But Gutter Guys Insisted it needed to be cleaned by "THEM" to honor their warranty which IS Not in the contract I signed when they did the workTHEY will try to make you believe it's just a cleaning the gutters need and Charge you 175$ to come look at and fix the problem.In response to the owners reply nothing I stated was a Lie, when I contacted your company last month it was not for a cleaning, it was because water was coming into my basement, Your receptionist stated I have to pay 170.00 for a cleaning before they could access the problem which doesn't make sense .Thats Like someone purchasing a new car with a warranty, but than something goes wrong with the car that's covered under the warranty, the car company says we'll "You have to pay for a oil change and tune up before we can check and see what's wrong with the car.So thats when I went with a different company to clean my gutters, upon their inspection their was NO debris in my front gutters.So fast forward today I called because More water was in my basement again, and your receptionist who was very rude asked did I have my gutters cleaned I told her yes, And instead of honoring my warranty she insisted I pay 170.00 for a cleaning before they check my gutters.And you will be hearing from my lawyer for canceling my request and voiding a written contract that your company is obligated to.
