My wife and I are very pleased with the job that Delmarva Building Solution did in our 2nd bathroom. Very professional and double checked that every thing was as it should be. We took out a tub that was very small and the old vanity. And had them replaced with updated soaker tub and vanity. My wife is so happy to have a deep soaking tub now and will be recommending JD and his crew to all who need anything done.i myself highly recommend them and if the need arises again will definitely call them for any projects we might do in future. We have been slowly renovating a 1200 sq. ft. bungalow purchased 7 years ago. At 90 years old, there was no insulation and most of the electric and plumbing was original. Built on a concrete slab with no crawl space, the house had a musty smell much of the year. Delmarva Building Solutions raised the floor 2” and installed a water/vapor barrier, vaulted the living room ceiling, removed a fireplace and installed new structural support to create an open concept living space, provided insulation throughout, rewired to existing code, and added new windows and a new front door. The musty smell is gone and there are no air leaks with the new insulation, flooring, door, and windows. JD communicated with us regularly and sent pictures as the work progressed. The bulk of the work was done within 5 weeks and would have been completed on time if it weren’t for a shipping delay in receiving cabinetry. JD’s crew provided quality work, especially Carlos who is a skilled craftsman. We highly recommend Delmarva Building Solutions and wish we had used them for earlier work that we had done. We certainly plan to use them for the next phase of our renovations.

These guys did an excellent job of covering my hideous ceiling with this drop ceiling. There were definitely some challenges to work through but they got through them and I’m pleased with the result. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

JD and his team did a great job remodeling our bungalow. He took the house down to the studs and built it back up. It looks like a newly built home. He was very accommodating given that we lived four hours away. He was timely and over delivered. We plan on adding a screened in porch, and JD is first on our list. I’ll have to add some pictures.

Very pleased with Delmarva Building Solutions and definitely recommend. Jermaine and his crew are very knowledgeable. I had others come look at a spot in my floor that felt like it was weak when you would walk on it, but was always told there was nothing to worry about but it kept getting worse. Jermaine came out, went underneath my house and found that I had water damage in that spot that was coming from the front door when it rained. DBS fixed the issue and I haven't had any problems since.
