I am so pleased with the work that Dean DiNatale , Mike Ruarke and Daniel Mendoza performed today in my beautiful home . They were professional, kind , courteous and hardworking. Dean arrived promptly and worked in my crawl space and did a phenomenal inspection gathering evidence , then Mike and Daniel expeditiously to cut out my kitchen ceiling which was leaking water and they worked hard to resolve the problems. In addition , Ryan came to my home last week and assessed all my problems and he did an awesome job gathering all the information and even helped to fix my garage door opener which was not working. I was so impressed!!!They all are phenomenal and amazing and their work demonstrates much professionalism to the fullest !! I’m happy to be working with this company 😊!!!!

Raul and Eric were phenomenal. l never needed to use insurance for anything before and he made the process so simple. Raul needed to call my insurance adjuster to get additional approval for a cabinet replacement. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Water line busted in our third floor bathroom this past Saturday and an estimate 6000-8000 gallons on water poured out from the top all the way down and into our basement and outside. My husband called a friend from work asking who he recommended to start the cleanup & preservation of our home. He said recommended Paul Davis, and we called him at 6:30pm, his team arrived to our home by 8:45pm and immediately went into action. They’ve been here everyday, and finished the cutting of drywall and floor removal today. They’ve been so kind and professional and upfront with this whole process. Neither I nor my husband has been through anything like this and it’s hard to see our once beautiful home so barren. I’m grateful for the Paul Davis crew and while I hope I never have to call them again for this, I know if I do, I’ll be taken care of!

I have been very pleased with the service provided by Paul Davis Restoration of Salisbury. I had my first experience with them 5 years ago when my hot water heater leaked and my hardwood floors on the first floor of the house had to be replaced. They were recommended by USAA Insurance Co. They were very attentive and professional. Because of their previous service I called them when I got a severe leak in a bathroom window that caused interior damage. They showed up the day I called. They have been very thorough with analyzing the problem. Today Raul came out to check the moisture level and determined the drying equipment could be removed. He was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and what the upcoming process would be. I would definitely recommend the Paul Davis team.

My family just went through a traumatic time March 3rd 2024 and I got a message from William cook who with the emergency recovery center. He came right away to talk to me and my family he was very nice and understanding and got right to business, due to it raining he had a crew come the next day to board up and secure our house. We met Raul came with his crew (Erik and Christian) and took care of boarding our damaged windows around the house. They was quick, fast and Raul was very sweet and carried conversation with us. We really appreciate you guys and glad you guys and can help us during this difficult time.

We had Paul Davis put in a deck for us this summer for our new pool. Dallas was our project manager. He stayed on top of the process and mad sure we were happy with their work. They did a great job. We just had our whole house remodeled by Paul Davis Restoration and Jeremiah Miller went above and beyond to make sure we got what we asked for. He was there from start to finish Jeremiah miller takes pride in his work. He's the great craftsman and does the work the right way the first time. If you sometime going to do any remodeling to your home, call Paul Davis at Salisbury Maryland and ask for Jeremiah miller he does great work. I give him a five star rating on all his work.

We were relieved when Raul and Daniel were able to come out to our home late Sunday evening. Our basement ceiling started leaking related to an upstairs plumbing issue. There was water everywhere. We had Paul Davis do the cleanup after a bathroom leak that went through floor and into garage a little while back. They came out quickly to do the cleanup and ended up doing a complete bathroom restoration. What an awesome job! Today we discovered a leak in our crawl space under the house. Once again, we called Paul Davis. Raul and Erick came out lickty split and removed water and wet insulation. They explained everything and took many pictures since I was not going to go into that crawl space to see! They were both very knowledgeable and polite. We highly recommend this company!

On July 1st my home was affected by water damage, We had Paul Davis come out and handle the entire water loss. The contents crew lead by Samantha were professional and wonderful, they finished packing out the entire third floor within 8 hours. Clayton from Paul Davis handled all the demolition, to prevent any mold growth !! Raul Rivera came along to document all the damage and was incredibly helpful explaining the process. I see your Ads and Signs all the time, when driving and at home : A Jeep ran into our house and everybody recommended we’d give you guys a call. Your technician Raul took all the photos and assessments of the outside damage , he was outside in the pouring rain. Heard from the company on the internet. Problems with leak ceiling. Todd came out and spent a lot of time in attic and on roof. He could see wetness but not find the source. I got an estimate and and it said to contact when raining - which I did today because there was a new wet spot and I could hear the drip. Raul came out and went up in the attic and found the leak on a duct hose in the attic. If related to ducting it makes sense that Todd could not locate the source because it had been dry and warm - so heat not running. Either way both Todd and Raul really worked hard to find out the not so simple problem. Also big kudos to them both for navigating the small attic on this 3 year old house. I also appreciated the woman who answered my call today. She was very professional and followed through.
