Spicer Brothers came in with a good price and samples which enticed me to go with their company. I couldn't be happier. Chad and company came in, set up, wasted no time and got the job done in good time. Everything looks perfect. The installers were knowledgeable on their products and their jobs, were courteous and always let me know what was happening. I would recommend them for bath installation and complete reconstruction.

Our experience was a pleasant one from beginning to end . Mike came and explained the process clearly. He answered all our Questions .He was there when we called him. We were very impressed by the job these guys done They all worked very hard. Specially Caesar his work on our chimney was exceptional. Jon, Charlie, Ross and Joe of Spicer Brothers Salisbury, did a great job for us. The system components are of a high quality, it looks great and the installation was quick and painless. In fact, they were able to move the original install date up! The team was professional and in and out without a hitch. I particularly like the fact that these guys are local and committed to follow up, should any be required. We recently had our bathroom installed by Spicer Bros & they were phenomenal from Tommy the salesman to Chad the installer!Tommy was thorough & patient! Chad was professional, kind, & thorough. The bath looks incredible & he did such an amazing job with clean up you’d never know anyone was in my house working. I would give 100 stars to Spicer Bros if I could.

I had my roof replaced by the Spicer Bro. Roofing Company in 2014. I was thrilled with their professionalism and the entire scope of the work performed. More recently I found an issue with my roof's ventilation. Once I reach out to the sales managers they went above and beyond to correct all issues. I had the pleasure of working with Mike Price and Eric of Spicer Bros. Roofing Company, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their level of service. These men were professional, courteous, and efficient. Their team arrived promptly and completed the job within the agreed-upon timeframe, and they did an exceptional job. My roof looks brand new, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Throughout the entire process, the team at Spicer Brothers Roofing kept me informed and updated on their progress, and they were always available to answer any questions I had. They were also very respectful of my property and made sure to clean up thoroughly after the job was done. The Spicer team,We had a small window of time between rainfalls during the week that was scheduled for installation and you did whatever was needed to get the job done. A crew of up to nine, mobilized and installed a beautiful roof and Gutter Guard system that is perfect. I was kept informed by the customer service manager, Rhonda every step of the way and what was promised was delivered. I highly recommend Spricer Bros, they are the Best.

We heard great things from other homeowners that have used Spicer Bros. We needed a new roof andshutters. They gave us excellent service and kept us informed of any issues they found. So when it came time to replace our tub we called them for an estimate. Chad came to demo and install our new tub. We were not satisfied with the size of the tub that was delivered. Chad worked with us to find the exact tub we wanted. He is polite and keeps you in the loop on how the work is progressing. He provided us with 5 star service. The new tub looks beautiful and it shows that Chad cares about the customer and his work.. We are very pleased and would recommend Spicer Bros for any of your household projects.

Changing 5 stars to 3 due to the overall company's lack of transparency and communication. Chad and Dave did a fantastic job installing our tub and shower. They were extremely polite and very time efficient! However, the pressure to give a 5 star review while they continuously asked if they were getting a 5 star review while still in my home was uncomfortable.We also had our windows and an exterior door replaced. The salesman who came to our house told us that the windows that we were going to have installed would be privacy windows. They are not. We have asked this company 5 times now for an itemized receipt and they have only provided the total for the completed project without any breakdown.We are disappointed with the company's poor, and at times inaccurate, communication surrounding the projects on our home.

We’re very pleased with the quality products of Spicer Brothers Bathrooms. Tommy from sales was very personable and professional presenting the products. Chad demo and installation of the first shower and it is impressive. He later returned with David as scheduled, to demo and install our second shower. It was determined parts of the old shower floor had been leaking. They removed and repaired leaving us confident the issue is resolved. The showers are very roomy and function well. Thanks !
