ARS did an amazing job on our roof. We have a huge roof with manyand valleys. They completed the work in under 2 days with only a few roofers. They cleaned as thy went, so there was never extra debris in the yard. When they were done they combed the whole area with a wide floor magnet to pick up any nails that got away. I highly recommend this company and their employees. They were nothing but professional.

I was looking for different roofers for some time and just about everyone of them that I was looking at didn’t fit my needs. But ARS came up on my radar so I gave them a call. At first I thought they wasn’t the once for me but after ARS came up with some amazing Solutions for me they finally came up with the awesome plan and financing was available they helped me in ways I couldn’t even imagine very professional very easy to work with they came out on Friday to drop the material two days later they came out that Monday and the roof was done in no time, same day. Easy payment options. And their work is guaranteed that’s the type of professionals I need in my corner. I am so grateful for ARS I mean they’re heaven sent. I had a severe leak and they were very responsive. Fair priced and easy to communicate with. Really impressed how fast the whole install was. My neighbor was in shock on how good they did with how fast they got it done and requested a quote. ARS was wonderful! We had some roof damage from storms on our older roof. When we called ARS to inspect and quote us for a new roof they assured us with the amount of storm and wind damage that our insurance would cover our replacement! And sure enough it did, we used the team to also remove an abandoned chimney to create a cleaner roof line. Their work was completed while we were on vacation, Jason Ray understood my anxieties of being gone while they were working and reassured me he would keep me in the loop every step of the way, which he did. He sent progress reports throughout the day. Not being home to deal with the mess and noise while they worked made it seem like they were never even here! Good Things Come to Those Who WaitI had been planning on getting a new roof for my house, garage, and outbuilding for the last three years and with the pandemic and all, managed to find some excuse to put it off. Well, this spring I finally got around to it. I received four quotes of varying complexity and cost, from the ridiculously simple paragraph and $14,750, to the ridiculously ridiculous quote of $98K+ from an outfit in Delaware who must think their green shirts confer sainthood on themselves.I decided on the proposal from ARS. Sean and Jason were great to work with on the proposal side. Jason clearly explained ARS’s roofing process and gave me confidence that he understood my project. Sean and Jason provided me with references and specific addresses where I could see their work. As I compared their proposal with my other very competitive offer, we negotiated a final project scope and price that I found was reasonable and fair.When the guys and gals showed up for the job, they were organized and competent and cleaned up at the end of each day. They worked around my landscaping and didn’t hurt a single plant. They finished the project on time and as promised. Chris came by the next business day to review the job, look for any nails that might have been missed during cleanup, and made sure I was happy and had no outstanding issues.I was happy that I used ARS Building Services, a valuable local business resource.Service: Roof installation

I HIGHLY recommend ARS Building Services!After purchasing a 200 year-old house in Rock Hall, MD I struggled to find a roofing contractor to even consider the job--the house is accessible by boat only! However, ARS was excited by this unique property and enthusiastically undertook the project.You can see the results! Dingy vinyl siding and a leaky roof were replaced with new bright white Hardie Board siding and terra-cotta colored architectural roof shingles. ARS building services did an amazing job on my windows. Ed did my initial inspection for my project. He was very personable and made me feel like I just had a friend visiting. He got me the best offer he could and assisted me through the contract process. Once Ed was done, Sean took it from there and helped me until the project was complete. This company was just awesome; very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. We have a large roof area, including a second floor peak, and had major leaks and rot under the shingles on at least two sides of the house. The crew was fantastic and worked many hours the first day to ensure the roof was waterproofed against potential rain before leaving the first day. It was a large, involved job and they finished it the second day. They did a wonderful job cleaning up afterwards, too. Also, all the gutters and downspouts were replaced and mounted to the house the proper way and correctly balanced (unlike the old ones). A good clean company. Sean was great to work with getting all the paperwork done in a decent amount of time. The workers were clean and left no mess to clean up. I had one issue with the flashing in one area (which I think should be expected) they had to come out to fix. They showed up and in a timely manner and not only fixed it but also inspected everything else for issues.I have had no other issues in the 2 years since the work has been done.
