Great company! Very professional and knowledgeable about chimney interiors and exteriors, and gas furnace exhaust duct work. We had both furnace exhaust replaced and chimney recapped & repointed. A crew of four arrived early, and worked hard and fast all day, for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Living Wells!(next up, roof work)

The team was extremely professional and honest. They showed me before and after photos of all the work they did. They changed out a wood stove pipe and repaired the cement cap on the chimney. I called 5 or 6 chimney company’s on a Saturday morning for an emergency cleaning and the only company to return my call in general and within a couple hours was Living Wells! I was able to quickly get on their schedule, received a confirmation email with details of the appointment, and Angel & Randy arrived promptly on time between the hours I was scheduled for. They were kind, professional, cleanly, and knowledgeable. They really took the time to make sure my husband and I understood their findings and left us with a plan to discuss the issues at hand and how to resolve them. We found Living Wells Chimney Service responsive, professional and willing to provide information we needed to proceed with our chimney repair. Very positive experience . Having lived in Winchester, Va for over 23 years , I must say, we’ve had many horrific experiences with the local “workmanship”. Unreliable, unskilled and a general refusal to back up their poor quality work. This was NOT the case with Living Wells chimney. Professional, quality work and a crew that worked very well together. Both were very professional and courteous. Gave us a 15% discount without asking, provided a simple yet efficient summary of the work to be conducted up front, a write-up of our chimney inspection results, and took the time to make sure I understood them. Wore masks to meet with me even though we were outdoors. Prices are good! Will definitely be calling them back in 2 years for our next inspection.
