Cody and JC came out to provide an estimate to replace three skylights and check for any roof damage and showed me pics of a few issues with my roof. Both were very thorough and all around great guys. I’ll update my review once the work has been completed but very impressed with their customer service and being so honest!April 17, work has been completed on 4/16, Skylights look great and from what I can tell the Ugly roof treatment rejuvenated my roof! Great job done by all, and thanks to Bruce for being on the job and JC for following up!

I found a leak from my roof into my house that was causing significant water damage to 3 different locations. Called BulletpROOF and someone was at my house the following day to check out the roof. Andrew was very knowledgeable about what the problem was and other weather damage that was contributing to my leak. Next step was submitting a claim to my insurance company, which had us at a stand-still for a week or so. After we got the claim approved, we were immediately on the books for a new roof!! Now this was happening between two holidays (Christmas and New Years) and they still made it happen within a timely manner. Andrew(mainly)/Bruce were our guys from BulletpROOF who made the process so much easier for us. We will be a forever customer! Great experience. Professional.

Our historic bell tower was leaking. We could not determine the extent of the damage due to limited access to the tower. Cody met with us within hours of our call and used a drone to take pictures that showed the extent of the damage. Cody, Bruce, and everyone we came in contact with from BulletpRoof, - Kyle and Jarin, - were always courteous, caring and willing to help us out with our roofing issues. They kept us informed of each step in the process. The safety of their crew was a priority. They responded to our questions and went above and beyond to make the repairs within our reach. I had been needing a roof since i had purchased the property. I was working for a place that gave a rebate on roofing material if i used a "MASTER ELITE" GAF ROOFER. I contacted Bruce at bulletproof to perform an estimate on my house. After noticing that most folks were a week or more out i was impressed that Bruce was out there the day that i called. Out of three roofers Bruce was the only one that actually got on the roof and inspected it and its entirety. I was impressed with his knowledge base in the trade he even gave me the name and color of the current shingles on my house and gave me a little history lesson on them. After receiving my estimate and reviewing it he was fair on price but i was impressed with his LINE ITEM estimate breaking down each piece and part and how it should be installed. I ended up leaving the place i worked and coming to work for bruce because i had never seen someone with so much passion and expertise for what they do and i wanted to be a part of that.

Andrew from Bulletproof was phenomenal. He worked with me to file an insurance claim for the storm damage to my roof and took the time to explain the whole process. On roofing day, he helped jumpstart the car that needed to be moved so the roof could be replaced (that’s full service roofing), He supervised the work at every stage (going up on the roof to check the work) to make sure it was done to his ultra-high standards. The crew he brought were fantastic as well. The lead on the crew has 18 years roofing experience. The team put in a very long day of strenuous work and completed the entire roof replacement in one day. The metal pieces are fit exactly, and for the first time in a long time, I have no doubts that the roof will keep the house secure. He used an architectural shingle that can stand up to 130 mph winds. The roof looks beautiful. Bulletproof Exteriors should get eleven stars, not five.

Got a new roof done on my mobile home, Andrew and his team showed up at 7:00 am,got set up and went right to work,put tarps down around the whole house, tarped the sides of the house and porches to protect everything, tore the old shingles off,replaced some rotting plywood,put down the undergarment and new shingles,vents,etc.Andrew kept me updated and informed throughout the job,they cleaned everything up when they were done you couldn't even tell I had a major job done on my house,the new shingles look absolutely amazing, very professional and efficient workers and company, I highly recommend Bulletproof Exteriors for your roof repair or replacement

BulletpROOF Exteriors replaced my roof yesterday. 100% positive experience from first contact with Cody Lewis who explained the entire process from beginning to very end. The work crew was amazing with their years of experience, attention to every detail, and apparent pride in their work.CLEANUP - tearing off an existing roof shingles and tar paper is, by its very nature, a messy proposition. One man on the crew did nothing but cleaning constantly - he was down in the bushes, hand picking up scraps. I think he put probably over 100 miles on his rolling magnet, running it back and forth over the lawn, the driveway, and in the planting beds to pick up old roofing nails. I am VERY pleased with all of the work that the crew did and particularly happy with their cleanup efforts.QUALITY - the products BulletpROOF used are great from the ice \ water shield membrane, the waterproof and breathable underlayment, to the ridge vent, and, of course, the SHINGLES! Beautiful in appearance, the GAF shingles are just plain amazing in how they are constructed.WARRANTY - BulletpROOF, a GAF certified Master Installer, takes the time to carefully comply with all of the requirements that GAF imposes on them. A 30 year, non-prorated warranty (transferable to the next owner) on both materials and workmanship is just about unheard of in the roofing industry.All in all, as I stated above, a 100% positive experience from start to finish. The roofing job is, in my estimation, well worth the cost.

Had other roof companies say they could fix our rof and failed and did a poor job. Then in a storm part of the poorly laid roofing flew off. Bruce and his team came out quickly and tarped the missing section. Then within a few weeks they whole team came out tore off the old stuff and layed down a beautiful new roof. Over the two days they layed down tarps and cleaned up the mess and by the time the job was over you would only know they were there by the awesome new roof on our home. What a pleasure to work with this company. True professionals in every aspect. Tree fell on our house day before xmas eve 2022. I needed the front of my house sided and I also needed all the wood trim capped. I tried 23 local contractors, all most all of them passed due to the size or wanted an outrageous amount again due to the size.
