What a mess.Purchased 2 doors and an extra lock set. The day after measuring I realized we needed a deadbolt and not just the door knob. 20 days later, I had zero answer about getting the marching deadbolt despite several contacts on my part. Zalika was my project manager and she never got back to me about anything ever.On install day I was given an 8 am time frame for arrival and was told it was a full day job through 4pm. By 11 no one had shown up. I called for an update and was told my job wasn't supposed to start until 12-4. Upon arrival the crew immediately got to work. They removed my old doors and them unwrapped the new doors. Upon installing the new doors, the crew discovered BOTH doors were damaged. They had to complete installing them because my old doors were ripped out.The doors were damaged from the Provia factory. I do agree that one of them came from the factory like that (frame was cracked on the interior) but unsure of the other. How come no one at either Provia or Thompson Creek did a quality check before ever bringing these to my home?Supervisor arrived and assessed the situation. He reordered the doors and promised to make things right. He said I would be hearing from Zalika and from a manager about the situation. It has been over 48 hours and I have yet to hear anything from anyone.Pros: the salesperson Gary gave an excellent presentation. Norman the Supervisor was very knowledgeable and friendly. The install crew was very cordial and honest. The head installer was the one to point out the damage.

We LOVE our new sliding glass door from Thompson Creek. They did a fantastic job installing and had their project manager come out after installation to make sure everything looked good and we were happy. Highly recommend them!

We purchased a bow window and a double hung and had it installed. The windows matched our existing. On the day of install they showed up right when they said they would, they put drop clothes all through our house. They where very clean and meticulous. The windows operate very smooth, I want to replace all the windows now! I highly recommend Thompson Creek .

Hi Mr. Wuest,I appreciate the following up.I gave a rating of 3 stars (only for one reason).The windows look great and the install crew did a great job..... BUT, we were very disappointed that the Colonial trim that we requested was not completed...... My wife and I sat down with Al for over an hour and 20 minutes picking out our options ..... we showed him a photo (display) of the Colonial trim and told him that we would like to go with that for our windows..... told him that would look great and set things off, he agreed..... I think Al dropped the ball with our order........Al sent us an email with the breakdown of our window(s) order...... We looked it over,..... we saw Colonial listed for all 9 windows ... so we thought we were covered with the trim....... Seventeen thousand dollars for nine windows, we assumed that was due to the extra work that needed to be done around the windows (trim).PS. A couple other things that Al said would happen which didn't:1) A person was to stop by our house 2 days prior to installation to verify the area around the windows was clear and ready for your installers.2) A Thompson Creek sign was to be put in our yard for advertising.Note:Thompson Creek sent us a gift box (cookies) along with a $500 gift card to us on another project..... why not just use that card for the trim work(if that's what it takes)..... We're only looking at 5 windows ( 3 Bedrooms, Master bath and the laundry room)******* We are not trying to be a pain in the butt customer..... but we did ask and thought we were getting Colonial trim on all windowsI've attached 3 picsThanks,Paul Bailey

I had a great experience with Thompson Creek on my new roof installation. The sales representative (Tony) came over and heard my concerns and addressed all the questions that I asked and was very knowledgeable of the product. He gave a great presentation, was professional, polite and didn’t push for a sale. After I agreed to go with Thompson Creek I was appointed a project manager (Relon). Her customer service and professionalism was fantastic. She kept me informed from what the process involved, when the materials would be dropped off, when the installation would take place and the time I should expect them. The installation crew showed up on time and got right to work. They were very respectful and polite. They worked all day and finished my roof in the afternoon. They made sure I was happy with everything and they made sure everything was clean. To say that was I impressed with the entire Thompson Creek process would be an understatement. I would definitely recommend this company for you housing needs.

While their product is decent they are completely unprofessional. Delayed my window installation date 4 times because they measured the windows wrong, production delays, and just completely forgot to build 6 out of the 20 they were supposed to. The manager on my job is unavailable and won't call back. They seem nice but has been the most unprofessional experience I've ever had....EDIT: someone replied to this comment saying someone will reach out to me, then it was deleted.... I ended up calling again and could not reach my project manager or the factory representative who gave me his card. Edit:2 yeah I still don't have my windows, 7th or 8th attempt at them getting 2 little bathroom windows right....1 year after the original install date...

Once again I have only great things to write about Thompson Creek Window Company. They installed my gutters and downspouts on my house and garage over a decade ago. I asked them to come out and do a check/inspection on them, and their worker, Jose, found only one downspout which had started to come loose, which he repaired.Since they are still under warranty, there was no charge.Thompson Creek has successfully completed numerous projects on my house and garage. They have always done excellent work with their skilled craftsmen. Highly recommend Thompson Creek Window Company.

I am extremely pleased with my Thompson Creek windows and the installation process. I had asked for a 30 minute notice of their arrival and that request was honored. The team showed up on time and took care to wear a mask while in my home. They were very professional and courteous and cleaned up afterwards, removing all debris. The windows are beautiful and add value and comfort to my home. If you are considering new windows, doors, roofing or gutters absolutely give Thompson Creek a call. They are the best and you won't be disappointed!!

My experience with Thompson Creek was fantastic.We have dealt with this company twice with my front and security doors, and now our windows. From the sales rep, Thomas, to the project manager, Chris, everyone was knowledgeable and pleasant. All of my questions we answered. The actual install team, was the best. Yami and her team, came prepared and was so systematic in their process, it was impressive. They came hours early than they were expected, they called and asked could they come early, which was perfect for us. They left everything clean and no trash or debris whatsoever. They are a little higher than other companies, but well worth it. The products quality speaks for itself. I will definitely come back to Thompson Creek for our home needs. Customer for life!!!

I am frustrated with the poor customer service we are receiving from Thompson’s Creek. They installed a slider door that has residue between the glass (this is after I took off work twice to support an install they cancelled at last minute). I have called, emailed and texted different POCs only to receive no call backs. Once this matter is resolved, I will be taking my future window needs elsewhere. I have invested way too much money in this company to be treated this poorly.

Amazing experience from start to finish. We did a lot of research and received several estimates from other high-end window companies. We ended up feeling that Thompson Creek was the best choice for us. Our project was delayed by a couple of months due to a freak snowstorm in December. But the project was rescheduled for February, and is now completed. We replaced all of the windows in our single family home. I cannot recommend Thompson Creek enough! Excellent product, top notch installers! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Showed up on time for every appointment and were prepared for all questions regarding product options, differentiating from competitor products, and expectations on install. 50 year warranty on the labor and product for a company that has been around indicates to us commitment to their product.Install team was phenomenal--careful, respectful, efficient, and highly skilled--could barely tell they were there on interior trim work. Worked 9 hour days, mostly without any breaks--really committed to getting the work done on time, properly, and with complete insight as I watched.

We recently had Thompson Creek install a sliding patio door. Wonderful! This is our second time with Thompson Creek. 2 years ago we had them install new windows in our previous condo. Both times we had excellent service from sales to installation. This is a company that cares enough to pick up the phone and Kelsie was kind to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend this company and we won't use anyone else. Thank you. The product alone sells itself!

We are totally pleased with our Thompson Creek window installation. Freddy and his crew arrive at our house early and worked all day to install and trim our windows. They were meticulous in their work and answered the several questions that I had. When they left, we had 12 beautiful new windows and not one scrap or sign of the old windows anywhere to be found. Be aware when you buy from this company. They make good doors but their service is horrendous. Once they have your money, they don't really care about you, they are on to the next one. We purchased a storm door from them a few months ago.On Monday we had an issue with the screen. I left a message for the service department with a call back number. Today is Friday and I still haven't received a call. Similar experience when the door was installed originally. Very frustrating to deal with after the fact

Do yourselves a favor and keep looking. I rarely write negative reviews, but this one deserves it. They have made the refund process extremely difficult on me and my wife. Upon talking to multiple representatives within their finance department it seems their communication skills amongst themselves are non existant. We have filed a fraudulant charge through our bank and the better business bureau.Shop around and never cave in to sales tactics. Lessons well learned.

Thompson Creek’s window crew did an excellent job. Great customer service to reschedule my appointment due to inclement weather. On the rescheduled day, the installation crew arrived on time and were ready to work. Jason, the team lead, communicated what I should accept and even politely expressed how the unexpected freezing rain hindered the crews' progress. He assured me the team would return the next day to complete the job, and they did just that. Although the weather and the wet ground did not do their job easy, the crew protected my floors while working inside and outside of the house. I am a ‘new’ fan of Thompson Crew!

Definitely a positive experience and we are pleased with our windows. We are NOT pleased with Thompson Creeks pricing structure. In a word, it sucks! There is not itemized list of prices so that you know what a window costs. I know that windows prices are based upon many factors, including size, features, material (tempered glass, etc), but once everything is measured and calculated, they should be able to tell you how much a window costs. Instead, they just give you some ridiculous number. Once you push back, the sales rep will call someone and make a plea for you-like they're doing you a favor-and give you a price that's more palatable. After a back and forth dance, you find a number that you can live with. They advertise Buy One, get a certain percentage off, or some other deal, but at the end of the deal, you have no idea what you have saved. You have a great product; just be up front and transparent with your customers, Thompson Creek!

Class-Act Customer Service. We all expect great customer service when purchasing a product. However, during a recent 6-window Thompson Creek purchase, after ordering, our decade-old (another brand) installer "coughed up" their still under-warranty 3 replacement sashes for free. I immediately contacted the Thompson Creek customer service department. I timidly asked if they could remove those 3 windows from my package. THEY DID! My husband and I were shocked at their kindness and professionalism. I am singing the praises of Thompson Creek from my rooftop.

My Thompson Creek experience was seamless. The workers arrived before time and when I said I wasn’t ready to please come back in 45 mins to an hour, they did exactly as I asked - no questions or negative attitudes.The workers were respectful, knowledgeable and practiced safety due to COVID. A project supervisor (I can’t remember his exact title) stopped by to ensure the work was going smoothly. He was also pleasant, knowledgeable and safe. He walked through and check every window.The product is amazing. Before the workers left, the job supervisor did a walk through with me. He also showed me how my new windows worked. My windows are beautiful, and I am overjoyed.

Thompson Creek is one of the bigger companies out there and they're a well-oiled machine. Why I'm giving them 4 stars is because the quality of their products is great (not the cheapest though). They replaced windows in our attic and it looks really good. However, I'm not giving them 5 stars as it took them literally more than half a year to install the windows correctly. They had to come back 4 times because of a crack in the window, then there was a mis-specification in the window order, then it snowed/hailed and they couldn't get on the roof, etc. So pretty frustrating, but would still go with them as per the quality comment.

Had all 33 windows/sliders replaced in 2011 at cost of $18,300 (40% discounted). Work and customer service both outstanding; project complete in 2 days. Glass offers UV protection. Outside noise reduced by about 75%. Installer showed us how negative airflow through home was reduced by about 80% (comparison of before and after). No issues 9 yrs later. Added new 34th window in guest bath in 2015. Again, very professional installation work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Replaced a front door, a side garage door and resurfaced a patio doorway bumpout. Excellent craftsmanship and even came back to touchup the calking work on the siding. Only complaint was not painting two inside door moldings because they didn't have the right molding width. I did sign a paper saying I would take care of the painting but I don't recall agreeing to this. Several salespeople said they would come back to paint but I believe they "forgot".
