I noticed I had a leak in my roof and I was unsure of what the cause was. I called around and decided to use this company. My experience was great the person who came out was Josh and he was awesome. He diagnosed my leak and it ended up being my ridge vent. He provided a lot of information about the new ridge vent. Josh was great but I was disappointed with some of the service. The workers showed up as scheduled and replaced the vent. The work has been great as in we have not had any leaks. The cleanup of the work was not so good. They left some pieces of shingles, large chunks of hard plastic, a glove, and roofing nails in my driveway and gutter. I ended up getting a flat tire due to one of the nails. I called Exterior Pros and they did offer a discount for the repair of the tire (20$) and had the crew of workers come back out and look for more trash in my gutters. (They did not clean the gutters just looked to see if there was any more plastic or trash in them.) Overall the company handled my issues great and the lead contractor Josh was fantastic. I did schedule the repair and second visit while I was at work so I never saw them. That is one thing I will due differently I just could not get off of work for those days. I did have my gutters cleaned later the same month and they did NOT find any plastic or trash so I due believe the original crew did come back and tidy up the area. I do recommend the company and even though the company handled the issues I can only rate 4 stars because these issues should have never happened.

I LOVE my new roof and James Hardie siding. Exterior Pros were punctual, professional and completed the job on time! The decking was an added touch that really enhanced the back of the house. My salesman was able to show me the design choices on his computer which allowed me to view many options of siding and roofing prior to selecting. This put my mind at ease in know that I selected the perfect color and design. I highly recommend Exterior Pros for their competitive pricing, professionalism and excellent customer care. Had a wonderful experience with ExteriorPros - new vinyl siding, 5 new windows, a new front door and storm, and aluminum capping around the doors, windows, facia, and rake boards. Everyone was fantastic, professional, and very helpful - from Roland helping get my insurance storm claim reopened and working with the insurance company on my behalf to get the claim adjusted properly, to Josh, John, and Tom who came out several times to assess the job, give estimates, and help me pick out styles and colors, to Carlos and his great crew who did the installation, to wonderful Ashley in the office, always friendly and ready to accommodate my silliest questions and concerns. My boyfriend and I are so pleased with the way the house turned out and we have gotten so many compliments on its transformation. We now have the best looking house on our street, thanks to ExteriorPros!

I reached out to Exterior Pros for a roof inspection, subsequent roof replacement, and a last minute gutter cleaning prior to a storm coming through. With each service, I was treated with professionalism every step of the way. The customer service (and patience) from Cody and Tom should be commended; answering all of my questions and making sure I understood the process which included working with my insurance company. Excellent Home Improvement Company. We had the siding replaced on our home and from the start we received outstanding customer service answering all our questions prior to starting the work keeping us up to date on every step, before starting and after completion.Mr. Roland Case developed a 3D presentation for our project which made it easy for us to make the right choice. We decided to go with the JamesHardie product. They are all professionals at their job, always showed up on time and completed the replacement in less time that had been planned. Roof repair seems decent, I definitely didn’t climb up on the roof to check it afterwards. That’s the whole reason for calling a roofer in the first place, I don’t want to go up on the roof anymore.However, the customer service, from whoever answers the phone is appalling! They replaced my roof on my home and the detached garage along with new gutters. They were transparent through the whole process. Showed up when they said they would and since it was a rather large project their workers showed up at 8:00 am and worked till 8:00 pm so the job would be done on time. The workers were very nice and cleaned up around my property at the end of every day. I have recently called on Exterior Pros twice. Once for my house to get an estimate on new siding as well as pricing to repair some siding as well as getting our gutters cleaned. The process was so easy. They have a way to show you your house virtually and talk with a designer to see all the styles and color options to make your house look amazing. Also, my mom needed a repair on her roof and they got there so fast and made it right before a huge storm hit the area. We had them do a roof for us on our new construction home. We were so impressed with this company! They had someone give us a price next day after going out looking at our house. That day we decided to go with them. They were able to find the color shingles I wanted and had them delivered to the site same day! The next day our roof was completed! Our roof looks amazing. The crew didn't leave a single piece of trash. This company is very professional. Nothing better then having a company that replies fast and gets the job done just as fast! We would definitely use this company again!

I had a red oak fall and damage a gutter and had some gutter damage from a previous limb piercing. I called Exterior Pro to effect the repair. The repair job was of Excellent quality and was best value relative to two other estimates...So imagine who I called when a month later we had another red oak from my neighbors yard fall and strike the house and punch a big ol hole in my roof...Josh, he answered the call and he couldn't believe it either when he saw the repeated damage, but he gave me a fair estimate for the roof repair, gutter replacement, and I took his advice on getting the leaf filters installed. I am not one to leave 'reviews' but Josh and his crew deserve positive recognition, and they have earned my trust and respect for delivering on their promises (all work was done while I was on travel). In this day and age of electronic 'word of mouth' I can say, your cannot go wrong with Josh and crew. I am a repeat customer for a reason and they are Best Seen!!

I used Exterior Pros to have a new roof put on my home and to fixed my broken gutter. They answered all of my phone calls right away. They had a fast response time to come out and give me an estimate. Before I knew it my new roof was put on and my gutter was fixed. All of the work that was down was of the highest quality. So I move into a large home with an old roof. I knew it would cost me some money to get fixed. I called around for numerous estimates and recieved just what I figured, it's gonna cost alot. I gave exterior pros a call and they had the best price by far. Not only did they replace my roofing but other roofing issues I was having. In the end my project came out great and it rained the very next day with no issues. I'm happy with the product and services and recommend exterior pros to anyone.

Exterior Pros came to my house for an estimate on siding replacement and I paid a $300 deposit to have them fix the siding. My appointment was scheduled about a week after I paid the deposit. The day they came to make the repair, their 40 foot ladder would not reach the top of my house so they could not make the repair. Their worker said they would probably rent a 60 foot ladder because they did not have one. This was around 1 o'clock on a Thursday. I did not hear a peep from anyone at this company the remainder of the day Thursday, all day Friday or all day Monday. I called and left a message and no one returned my call. I then called around 5:30 on Monday and didn't get an answer. I immediately called from a different number and my call was answered. The lady who answered said that she told the manager to call me and she was surprised he did not. I would not recommend such an unprofessional company that is happy to take your deposit but ghost you when they couldn't make the repair.

Two days before the rains of Hurricane Ida came through La Plata, we noticeda soft spot in the ceiling of our foyer. After searching for the source of apossible leak, we saw daylight coming into the attic around the plumbing pipe.We called Exteriors Pro and sent a picture of the site. Exterior Pro did an amazing job of renovating our 28 year old house into a beautifully updated beachy home. We cannot say enough good things about Roland and Jay's creative vision and responsiveness. The head foreman, Carlos was a perfectionist making sure our board and batten was laid out perfectly. Carlos and his crew (Eric and Rene) worked diligently from sun up to sun down to make sure our project was done in a timely manner. Every day we receive updates from Jay letting us know the status of materials and what to expect next. Each person on the team (Carlos, Rene, Eric, Tre, and Gil) were friendly and professional, taking pride in their job and making sure our home was properly completed. We love the finished look of the John Hardie products. It is especially reassuring knowing that each person who worked on our home made sure to follow the manufacturer's guidelines exactly. Thank you Roland and Jay for leading this renovation project so wonderfully. We are thrilled with it!

In November 2019, ExteriorPros replaced my old gutter system with a new one, and they did an extremely good job. They were on time, they worked efficiently and there clean up was great. Plus 3 months later the gutter system is working great and it looks good also. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

They came out to give me an estimate fora skylight installation.I paid a deposit to startthe work which was only for labor. I had alreadypurchased my own skylights. They sent a lineindividual out to do a job that required 2 people.The first time it was windy and for the safety ofthe installer I called his dispatch to explain thatI didn’t think it was safe for this person to attempt to install these skylights by himself.They agreed and rescheduled the installer.He returned a second time by himself and madean effort to precut the area for the 1st skylight.He made a test cut and discovered the distancefrom the roof to ceiling was greater than theyhad thought. They never bothered to enter theattic initially to even survey the area sky lightswe’re to be installed. Because this was morethan they had anticipated I requested they stop.I was scheduled for surgery and called to tellthem that I had to post pone my project for another time after my surgery. They told methey would refund the deposit since the workwas not done and that I should call them whenI was ready to restart. I received part of my deposit of 225.00 back out of the initial 600.00.The did absolutely nothing to earn 375.00 Theyhave no integrity as I now can see. Beware ofthis outfit. There is no way I will be calling themback to install sky lights or anything else.I have since contacted the sky light manufacturer who has put me in touch witha reputable installer of their product in my area.Please do your home work on this roofing company. It turns out that Exterior Pros is therenew start up. Their old company was call Skeeters Roofing according to my research...Or may it was Skeezers? Not sure...beware elderly folk!
