I have their windows installed throughout my house and they won’t lock!!! I’ve never had any windows stop locking. What garbage and a huge safety issue. I bought my house a couple years ago but the warranty wasn’t officially transferred so I have to pay for the repair. Apparently the warranty doesn’t come with the property. Don’t buy these cheap windows.
