I called after a recommendation to set up a quote. , Preston was here the next day giving me an evaluation and a quote. They quickly , 1 week, put me on their book and the guys were great. They explained what can be found after they remove the old roof so you won't be shocked if the roof is worse than a visual inspection. Knowledgeable, honest and efficient. I highly recommend !

My wife and I were finally in the position to do an addition onto our home. Additionally, our existing roof was in need of replacement, so our goal was to re-roof the home in its entirety, and have it all the same age. Old roof, and the roof on the new addition. After contacting a few roofers for estimates, Eric from Arocon came over to give us a price and proposal. His professionalism and knowledge was top notch, and he gave us the confidence to choose Arocon Roofing and Construction for our new and existing roof. Arocon coordinated with our contractor to have the addition under roof, and re-roof the old all at the same time, as scheduled. Their crews were on time, the site was kept very clean, and the entire job was completed in a day. Arocon extended the roof soffit to eliminate a downspout in the middle of the home. Gave us a cleaner roof line and gutter system across the front and back of the house. Arocon tied in our old roof to the new roof on the addition creating a brand new roof entirely to protect our home for years to come. We love our new roof and the look of our home, and would recommend Arocon Roofing and Construction to anyone who needs a new Roof.

Very prompt with the scheduling and the technicians arrival. The front porch roof was installed properly. There is no leak anymore. The rails were not leveled properly first, but the technician came back and adjusted it. I am happy with their work.I recommended this company to my daughter, she used them first for her roof repair as well.

This roofing company does excellent work. Eric and his team were extremely hard working, respectful and communicated at every point throughout the day. Eric explained all aspects of the work and used photos for parts I could not see, and honored all requests made to be careful with neighbor’s property and driveway.Preston who gave the original quote some time ago did temporary repairs was also very professional. The office staff are helpful and polite.This roofing company has many glowing reviews for good reasons.

We were exceedingly pleased with AROCON roofing. Bryan inspired a lot of confidence by going above and beyond to keep us educated and informed throughout the process of replacing our roof. The crew were pleasant, thorough and efficient. More than reasonable pricing but the value add from the experience really topped it off. I even recommended them to my father who also chose to work with them. We would absolutely contract with AROCON again but I don’t suspect we’ll need to!

10/10 I highly recommend Jason & Ivan. They did a phenonmenal job with demo, install on our custom TPO roof w/ new framing below & a custom wooden deck above. The pictures don't do justice for the attention to detail (permit process, special made trim, color matching, screws where other contractors use nails, communication, etc.). Espeically since we have an 1840's old farm house where nothing is even or square. I naturally have 100's of questions (I'm an engineer) and both didn't just tolerate me, they kindly explained every detail and we worked through any issue that arose. My wife & I will be using them again for any projects. Pictures below are the finished product.

Jason was very detailed in his estimate and was able to come in a little lower in price but offered so much more in value. The other roof companies did not quote for replacing the sheathing but he did and it was a good call because most of the old wood was in poor shape. The crew that did the installation was so polite and professional. They made sure to clean up everything and their workmanship and attention to detail was amazing. We had an issue with the windows that were installed. They were defective from the manufacturer but Jason quickly ordered and installed replacements. Jason then came back to verify everything was right and up to the high standards he promised. Katy at the Arocon office in Westminster was always polite and kept me informed of the process and progress. The customer service of the whole company was second to none.

The company worked with us throughout a long insurance process by providing photos, supporting information, and recommending steps to help navigate the process. After that, the team quickly installed the roof (asphalt and metal) and added new construction. Everyone was quick, professional, and good at their trade. I highly recommend!

I had the $199 roof tune-up done. Two technicians arrived. They were very polite and worked quickly. I did not watch them on the roof, so I can not attest to the thoroughness of the inspection. They took numerous photos which were sent to me. The only reason for the 4 stars vs 5, is that when I had this service done 2 years ago, it was followed by a multi-page, detailed report of my roof's condition. This year, it was just pictures and a couple of bullet items.

Roofers have a bad reputation, and with good reason. But I have found a great roofer. AROCON Roofing installed my roof for about half of what others bid. But it wasn't a halfa-ssed job. They did a great job in a timely manner, and came back today to double check that I was satisfied, and to do a final cleanup. A new roof is an expensive endeavor. You want to get it right. I really highly recommend them.

Cesar did an amazing and thorough inspection of our roof and gutters. Found and fixed all areas in question and pointed out a few we did not know about. He was very professional and knowledgeable. During the January winter storm, my ceiling leaked. I called AROCON company and was in contact with Chris. He sent his team the next day and Zach inspected the attic/roof. He thought a simple nail & hammer would fix it. After a day, it kept leaking and I messaged Chris on a Saturday. He sent his team right away and tarped my town home. It stopped the leaked. I informed state farm about this but because the roof is old, insurance will not cover the cost. As a first-time homeowner and a single mom, I knew I need help sorting this out. I messaged Chris, Elliot and Zach for a roof estimate. They were very transparent and helpful along the way. Out of the other roof company, I felt that they are very trustworthy. The day of roof installation, the crew was very respectful and professional. They fixed my roof and structural damage from previous owner. When they showed me the picture, I was very impressed. They completed the work in a day and they CLEANED UP after. Furthermore, Chris was very kind and accommodated my financial needs without cutting corners. What an amazing experience! No one likes roof issues but Eric made it a very pleasant and positive experience. He walked us through the issue, explained in detail what the problem was and how it happened (I never knew what a pump jack was until now). The crew that did the work was professional, on time and did an amazing job. We are so happy with our roof repair. We highly recommend Eric and Arocon roofing.

This was the third company I contact to finally get my gutters cleaned, and they showed up when scheduled, on time, and quickly and efficiently cleaned my gutters. They also went around the roof and located several popped nails that they repaired and sealed. I was impressed enough that I signed up for a second visit on the spot for later in the year, when I knew the gutters would need another good cleaning. I am also now contacting them to help me deal with an unrelated roof issue, so hopefully they're as good with that as they were with my initial contact.

Adam was a professional and checked my attic as well as the roof. He submitted a through full estimate for my roofing job. The crew arrived ahead of schedule and went straight to work. They covered the bushes and plants with tarps. Some of the crew pulled off the shingles while others cleaned up as they were pulled. Some of the plywood needed replacing which was discussed with me before the work was done. Arocon did a good job. I highly recommend their work and would definitely use them again.

Arocon always does good work at a fair price, and they are honest. This week, I got new gutters and facing because all the recent storms detached some of it from my house. They did great work abd the price was reasonable. I also had them do a roof tune up, which I've had them do a couple times before. They've never used it as an excuse to sell me a new roof and have been honest about the condition. In this most recent inspection, they told me I'd need a new roof in the next couple years, which is consistent with the age. I will definitely use them for the roof when it is time.

Bryan came out to our to perform a roof tune tune up and was incredible. He did everything and all services as described as well as cleaning the debris around the perimeter of our house. He even cleaned all the leaves and sediment out of our basement stairwell…pretty impressive considering it was a ROOF tune up. For $200 it is a service you just can’t beat or pass up and really helped us sell our house! Highly recommend for any roofing needs.

I cannot say enough good things. We had 7 shingles torn from the roof during the harsh winds and snowstorm recently. I called several other companies that had wait-lists up to a month out and with how unpredictable the weather is, I knew that wouldn't be okay. Arocon not only had a better price, but they came out 2 days later (today) to repair my roof! They came earlier than the scheduled time (love that) and did an excellent job making the necessary repairs to my shingles and the roof overall. Resealing all the vents and everything. Just all around wonderful experience.

Super impressed with this team. Our house’s roof is very complex and quite large—Arocon brought in a team of 30 and knocked it out in 2 days and it looks great and it’s all high quality product & the latest tech. We had 5 estimates, 4 were in the same range & Long roofing was double. Arocon offered us the same tech as Long but for half of what Long charges. We are very happy.
