My 23 year old roof needed a tune up. Roof Maxx of Westminster first inspected the roof and explained what needed to be done, and gave me a written contract. Roof Maxx then did the work I requested, and cleaned up afterwards., and gave me a 5 year warranty. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Travis just sprayed my roof with the Roof Maxx rejuvenation treatment and it immediately looks better, fresher and more uniform. I also know it’s going to perform better this winter and beyond. Before that he went up on the roof and sealed some pinholes and nails that were sticking out. He thinks I can get ten more years out of the roof which is excellent since we just moved in and have lots of things we need to take care of! Highly reccomend. A roofer that won’t reccomend a reroof if it still has life. But if you want to reroof he can do that too!Service: Roof repair

Preventive maintenance for solar panels. Most of my roof is covered in solar panels. I used Roof Maxx to prolong the life of the roof. Taking down and re-installing the panels is going to be expensive and time consuming. It just makes sense to maximize the life of the exposed shingles. The work took a few hours to do and was seamless.
