We just had our roof replaced by Seipp Roofing. Tyler Seipp was a joy to work with. He was amazingly prompt from our 1st call, thorough the entire process and even showed up the morning after completion to walk around and make sure everything was completed and there was no remaining debris on the ground. The ENTIRE crew was amazing too. They worked diligently and did a great job. I will be recommending them to family and friends for sure. Don’t hesitate to hire them!

Seipp Roofing gave us a very fair estimate for replacing the original roof on our 30-year-old house and then accomplished the replacement promptly. This was not an easy task, because the roof is very steep with many complicated surfaces. The harbor blue shingles are beautiful. The crew was efficient and friendly, and they did an excellent job of cleaning up at the end. Best of all, they discovered damage to our side wall caused by an error in the original construction of the house. It looked like a possible disaster, but they figured out an excellent, cost-effective solution and put it into effect without delaying the overall project, and at a fair price. We live in a house listed with the state's historic trust. The original hand-crimped standing seam metal pitched roof on the 1891 addition needed a coating to protect it. Seipp's professionals inspected the roof, researched the possible coatings available, and explained the process to us. They also explained the need to repair the attached 2005 porch flat rubber roof. The bid was very fair, and we appreciated the convenience of signing the contract digitallyIt was a multi-day process to coat the metal roof with Primer, then coat it with the Silicone, trim the rubber roof back and re-attach it, and coat the seams and edges with the Silicone.We are very pleased with the appearance, the diligent efforts to design the process to repair both roofs, and the professionalism of the staff. Tyler is amazing and extremely reliable. Called after our roof was damaged by a storm and before the rain had stopped his crew had tarped the roof. Returned promptly with an estimate for my insurance and again to repair the damage. Not only repairing the damage but fixing defects found during inspection from a former roof repair. These folks are honest, fair and do quality work. I highly recommend them.
