I do not do this often, but these roofers were wonderful. We love our new roof. They were considerly less expensive than our other offers and that worried us a little. Mark and his team were great. I always enjoy working with a business where the owner not only comes out personally to provide the quote, but us on site, helping with the job as well. You know when there are no sales people in the middle that you're getting the best rate possible, and we definitely did. The price was better than many other quotes and the work was very well done. Mark and his team even went above and beyond and replaced a section of siding that normally would have been left to me as the homeowner, but they wanted to ensure the final product was top notch and it definitely didn't go unnoticed. Great people and very easy to work with. We selected CCRC to come out and take a look at a roof leak on our just-bought rather large custom house, and they reported that many people had worked on it, with many patches everywhere and a probably retrofitted ridge vent. This was a little surprising for what were supposed to be 40 year architectural shingles, but what are you gonna do buying a house with history. We decided Mark and his son were giving us an honest assessment, were local, and very nice people, so we contracted with them to replace everything, shingles, skylights, gutters. What I like is they selected very good products and materials based on their specific expertise and experience as installers. They were also very responsive to all our questions and concerns, and the financing couldn't have been easier. We're very happy with the roof and they have come out to make adjustments for downpours and to diagnose an overflowing gutter. We will monitor and may install another downspout on the very long seamless gutter which is over capacity. The ability of their team to execute the installation of roof and gutter and numerous skylights, some vented, on a totally custom 9600 sq foot house with existing landscaping minimally harmed speaks volumes about their high capabilities as a company and team and team leaders.Services: Gutter installation, Skylight installation, Roof installation

We just had a new roof installed on September 13, 2021. Mark was such a pleasant man to deal with. He came out and did not try to sell us on anything we didn't need and provided an honest assessment of our roof and gave us an estimate at a fair price. Mark's son (also named Mark) arrived with his crew when they said they would (between 600-700am) and started immediately. They were done by around 1215pm and did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards. All in all, I would recommend this company for anyone looking for a new roof. Very professional company. Highly recommend the Carroll County Roofing Company!!!! We had some storm damage and Mark came out as soon as he could when we called. He went over everything in detail and made sure we understood our options and what his advice was. We knew right away this was the company for us!!! When the team came out to fix our roof they were all on point and happy to answer our questions. Mark again was right there. We even had them come back to install new gutters and downspouts. They were professional and quick. I cannot believe how organized and fast they were, in removing the old roof and putting up a new one. They arrived at 730am and, I believe, were done by 12pm.
