I’ll start off by saying this: I would 100% use this company again. From top to bottom, they run a tight ship. This is something I always have a fear over when dealing with contractors on areas of work I have very little knowledge over. 2 individuals I want to personally highlight are Ryan Sharer for his impeccable customer service and knowledge and then Rene Loza whom saw the installation of my roof completed in only a few hours. Our experience with Home Source has been an awesome experience! From the very beginning when Shane first rang our doorbell, replacing the roof has been really smooth. The customer service has been fantastic during the entire process. The office personnel and the actual roof workers were totally professional. Highly recommend!! Ryan Sharer walked me through this whole process of needing a new roof! He was great to work with, explained everything in detail! Rene was on site all day and kept me informed of everything. Explained in detail when something was found once shingles were removed. Both of these gentlemen I can not praise enough for their communication, and work ethic! My roof was completed in one day and they left the surrounding areas clear of any debris!! From the beginning to the end the service I received was excellentStarting with Shane the sales rep. Who by the way is the nicest and most honest individual I've met in a long time to Brandon who worked hard with my insurance company and kept me informed , to Rene the project manager who was informative, polite and helpful the entire day. The walk around was filled with questions from myself and answered with a smile and knowledge that was reassuring and unquestionable I must also mention Rene's crew that worked hard and were always extremely polite. The office woman that scheduled my appointment was also just as pleasant and helpful as anyone could hope for.This company is the absolute best and this comes from a very picky individual. My new roof looks fantastic .

I couldn’t be happier with Home Source. I trusted them every step of the way. I never once felt they wouldn’t honor their word on anything. The guys who laid the shingles were so professional and hard working! They worked long days and then cleaned everything up when done. This is a small family owned business and two of the owners were actually on site most of the day for the install to ensure all went as planned and to answer questions. Everyone at Home Source Roofing are great to work with and the roofers are excellent mechanics and highly skilled. Ryan Sharer, in sales and drone operator was efficient, timely, and extremely knowledgeable of the products and warranties. Rene Loza, job foreman, was punctual, efficient and very accommodating. The roofing crew led by 'Junior" were highly skilled and efficient. The owners also made site visits. Together they formed a great team. My home is a 2 story with attic, built in 1820. The slate roof had lived its useful life and needed replacement. In just 2 days, Home Source removed all the slate and completed a new roof installation, including flashing 4 chimneys. When they left, the grounds were in better shape than when they first arrived. Highly recommend Home Source for all types of roofing installs.

Our church, Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Bethesda, MD, chose Home Source Roofing for a new roof covering a very area- our school and office area. From the initial consultation and estimate from Ryan Sharer, to set up, construction, placement and finish with project manager Rene Guzman, and the forman Junior, we were extremely satisfied with all phases of the project. We were especially pleased with how efficient and professional the workers were. We especially appreciated how thorough the crew was in cleaning up everything. We had a wonderful experience using family owned, Home Source Roofing, to replace our home’s, hail-damaged, shingles, gutters, downspouts, and facia.We worked with a team of three Home Source Roofing (HSR) team representatives: Ryan, the sales manager; Christian, the project consultant; and Rene, the project manager. All three men were friendly, respectful, easy to work with, and caring. They wanted to make sure the work was done perfectly and that we were delighted with the roof work. They provided excellent communication and when I left a message, they called either the same day or first thing the next morning. Very good communication.Here is what we appreciated about the men, their work and teamsRyan spoke to us at least twice to make sure we were happy with the breakdown of the price and work. He cared and was very pleasant to work with!Christian and Rene we saw the most of on the job site.Christian - Outstanding WorkChristian made the process from beginning to end painless and hassle free for us, the property owners.He did all the insurance and paper work for us; including a free inspection which determined there indeed was hail damage. We did not have to make any calls to our insurance - there were no insurance hassles. He worked with the insurance company all the way. We would have had headaches if we had to do all the follow up work with the insurance company and HOA.At first the insurance company said there was no damage. Christian gently persisted with the insurance company, until finally their engineer came out who admitted there was damage.Christian also worked with our HOA to ensure we would meet HOA’s roofing regulations and colors to be able to easily obtain the HOA approval.Christian was professional, punctual, courteous, and friendly. He answered all our questions in the detail we needed as many times as we needed.Rene - Outstanding Work:Renee oversaw all the work done by his team of men. Rene‘s English is perfect and we communicated effortlessly. He also communicated with the men doing the work on our house.His team of men were experienced, hard-working, and courteous. Each man knew his role and they worked as a seamkess unit.The men arrived on time and they worked hard all day, with no goofing around. Rene and his team were detailed in their work, property protection, and cleanup. They were careful and covered and protected our landscape and property.Rene’s team cleaned up immaculately after the work was done. It was as if they had never been here. They went over the property many times to make sure no debris, nails, or tacks were left behind, on the ground or anywhere else.Renee also answered all our questions and explained in detail what was going on. Home Source Roofing, a Family-owned business, was a pleasure to work with from the first phone call to John Moye, to the finished project. John Moye was very good at explaining everything and what to expect, straight from the beginning to the end. Worked nicely with my insurance company, which helped me to not have to worry about anything, during that process. He made sure that we had as many samples as possible to make the decision of what products we would use for our roof. Could not have asked for a better person to work with. The office staff was very polite and professional and willing to help in any way possible. The installation was scheduled in a timely manner and was communicated with from the Project Manager, Rene as to what time they would arrive to start. Rene had his crew at our house on time as he promised. Rene was very caring of our property and wanted to be sure that we were taken care of. Rene was kind as well and his crew they all worked very good together to be sure all went well. Clean-up was taken care of above and beyond after the project was completed. Rene did a great job. Rene and John both were in communication with us all throughout the day to let us know what stage they were in the process of. Any problems that they found, they were sure to let us know and take care of it immediately. We are very satisfied with Home Source Roofing and we would recommend them very highly and we are actually having them back again for another project putting new gutters and down spouts put on the house. Brandon and Christian are the two gentlemen who assisted me and my roofing issue. Both Brandon and Christian's customer service and attention to detail was marvelous. Christian was able to answer all of my questions and explained in great detail how he would fix my roofing issue. Christian was thorough and left me with no doubt, that he understood what needed to be done. Brandon was awesome. Talked with me, was able to provide me with timely service. I rarely give a 5 star review but in this case it is well deserved. From my initial contact with Ryan Sharer to my end of job walk around with Rene Loza the project was outstanding. This is a family owned company with exactly the needed attributes to be a successful and profitable business. The crew on our roofing job was one of the hardest working groups I have seen since leaving the military. They worked non-stop from 7 am until almost 9 pm. The quality of their work is outstanding. Mr. Loza managed the job in an excellent manner and kept me informed from start to finish. I highly recommend Home Source and will be using them to replace the siding on our home. If I could give them 6 stars I would.Home Source followed up my roof project by installing new gutter guards. Another 5 star job. Crew arrived on time and completed the job in a very professional manner. They installed a high quality product and cleaned up around the house so well I couldn't find a single scrap of material. Brandon and the team came to my rescue when wind damage hit my roof! I was referred to Home Source thru a good friend even with solicitors knocking on my door saying they can do the job 'cheaply'. I knew something was off with people who knock on doors looking for jobs. Home Source worked with my insurance who tried everything to get me to settle for less.
