Kathleen was amazingly knowledgable over the phone before David (the owner) was even able to come to our house, she was able to get ahead of a lot of our concerns and we immediately felt more at ease.David did an extremely thorough job inspecting our roof/attic and answering all of our many questions. He was able to get his crew out the very next week and have the job done efficiently. The crew did a great job cleaning up our yard as well.Throughout the entire process, both David and Kathleen were super responsive, personable, and very much "with us" every step of the way -- very much appreciated as a first time home owner!

Finding a company like this is an absolute blessing. Dave, the owner, is amazingly friendly, professional, and helpful. The whole crew that replaced my complex roof in a single day(!!!) was awesome. I’ve never dealt with a company that was so willing to go above and beyond to accommodate the urgency of my need, while providing world-class service at a really reasonable price. I’m shocked that the lowest quote I received (by far) turned out to be the best home improvement experience of all time. I expected a compromise in quality, communication, timeliness, something, but I was pleasantly surprised when all of that was top-notch.

Due to severe storms we lost several shingles from our house in North Attleboro which was already overdue for roof replacement. We needed a contractor ASAP and had heard great things about this company. They provided a reasonable quote for the roof replacement with financing option and we also went ahead with a gutter replacement. The work was completed in a timely and efficient manner and we were extremely pleased with the craftsmanship and attention to detail. Highest recommendation! We will proudly continue to use this company for future housing work and updates.

This was my first time dealing with N.E. Building & Restoration LLC. David(owner) came out to my house and met with me personally in Rehoboth, MA. He is a very pleasant and down to earth contractor and person. He listened to my concerns, which were cost, my goals and financial situation. I have had an active minor leak due to improper procedures on the previous roof. After some discussion, we were able to easily work out a VERY fair price and applied for financing through his company. This company was able to get out to my home and re-roof us within 1 week. That is truly what everyone wants in a job, done now. The materials and dumpster arrived within 1 day as David said it would and, after some weather issues, the crew was here within 3 days. Super fast turnover. The crew was thorough and "well oiled". At 7 AM, stripping started and I had a whole new roof and a cleaner front yard than they arrived to by 3:30PM. The roof is beautiful and done correctly and there were no hiccups along the way, unseen issues were addressed and dealt with as they arose. This was not a straight forward roof job as it contains a large portion of low slope roof( less than 2 pitch or 2 inch drop for every 12 inches in length), therefore it requires a different material than traditional roofing and the crew dealt with it well. Correct procedures were used and professionally done, as the two surfaces are blended perfectly. I would highly recommend giving David a call for your home improvement projects. He will work to get it done for you. I am very pleased with the outcome and other than having to actually pay for a new roof, I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice of contractor. Had some wind damage to my roof and siding with the recent storms. Called around to a few places and no one really seemed like they were in a hurry to come check it out. Called N.E. Building and Restoration and Kathleen assured me that they will be out the next day to take a look. Dave and his crew got right up on my roof to inspect the damage and then explained everything to me in detail. The work they did was impeccable and i have continued to refer them to friends and family, all of which have had a great experience as well. This is the only company i will trust if i need anymore work done in the future.

Highly recommend New England Building & Restoration! We received multiple quotes, and happy we decided to go with Dave, Kathleen, and Steve for our roof replacement in North Attleboro, as they made us the most comfortable. Contacted David after huge wind storm damaged our roof and we had water leak into our upstairs bathroom. David immediately came out and tarped off roof and then had mitigation team repair all water damaged ceiling and insulation. David,We’ve never had a big job done like this and you made the process so easy.I’m so happy I reached out to you!The A Team, as you called them, arrived at 7 am. Roof was stripped and replaced by 3:30. We were very impressed..and it looks amazing!.The clean up was impeccable and my yard looked better then when they arrived.Once the house was stripped and the siding was started the crew arrived at 8 am and worked till dark.unfortunately rain delayed them a couple days.When they returned they continued to work like bulls, and again clean up was impeccable! Everyone from the delivery of supplies to the window installer and the dumpster guy were very friendly and respectful..Thank you so much David and Kathleen, from start to finish you were both professional and up front about everything.Thankfully we had no real snafu’s once my 1955 house was stripped.😊You two make a great team and I will definitively be encouraging my friends looking for home improvement to give you a call. I reached out to N.E Building and Reconstruction LLC saying my parents were looking to replace their entire roof and this was a second estimate. David responded same night and gave me his phone number and told me to have my parents call him. I’m glad my parents reached out to David. He did a same week estimate and it was much lower than his competitors; but the quality of work he and his workers is was second to none. They were able to complete the entire roof in one day and did not go over the estimate. I highly recommend David and N.E. Building and Reconstruction LLC. Window replacement and installation:The owner, David, came out to assess our project and personally introduce himself. It was clear he was knowledgeable about the job and was honest about a potential issue they could run into. Also, his pricing was very fair.
