I interviewed for a Sales Rep position and was offered a job on the spot. I took the packet they provided and coordinated a phone call with the hiring manager and the HR recruiter for the next day to give them my decision. In the interview, the recruiter mentioned that another recruiter was fired months before. (I found this to be very unprofessional) Since my interview, I have received 10 text messages and emails with reminders of another interview. After reaching out through text and calls to the branch to see what was going on, I have received no response. I then called the number attached to all of the text messages and it was the number of the woman who was let go.This company has a lot they need to figure out as far as their hiring protocols. Candidates should not be spammed with a bunch of emails/texts, those messages should at least have up to date contact information, and if there is a scheduled call and something comes up they need to communicate that. The recruiter said he had a personal issue, but the hiring manager never spoke to me. We could have either rescheduled the call, or done it without the recruiter. I would have been completely understanding! Communication is key and if a company can’t reach out to their candidates to reschedule an interview or call, I can only imagine what issues there are internally. I’m glad I dodged this bullet.

Their sales rep, Mark, was impressively knowledgeable on their solar program, and those that I met on the team were very enthusiastic! Great energy. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

I certainly wasn't excited about a roof replacement project but these guys got it done. Check them out if you need anything done to your house. They do a great job.
