After they installed a new pump on our well, our filter was clogged with sediment and iron and wasn't filtering properly. They changed the filter medium, which then needed changed every 4-6 months at a cost of $330-$480 (it went up that much over those 2 years). We were splitting the cost with the landlord. Finally the landlord called the plumber who installed the filter. The plumber told us the filter is self cleaning, and there was sediment in the cleaning mechanism which was preventing it from cleaning itself. Also told us Brewer was using the wrong filter medium. So, we dropped about $2000 on unnecessary service. My opinion is that there are two likely explanations: either they don't know their trade very well and were servicing equipment they didn't know how to service, or they knew what they were doing and were being dishonest. Either way, I wouldn't recommend them.

I called twice looking for repair service. No response. I had them install my well in 2009 but will never use them again. The issue was not their fault I was merely looking for a repair to my holding tank.
