Amazing experience. Called to have water delivered and the incredibly pleasant Receptionist told me they were super busy and it might be a week before delivery, but they will call me if they can squeeze me in. Called two days later and delivered that same day. Everyone was so nice and helpful and the price was less than I expected. Highly recommend.

I had Clark's deliver pool water to me and right after the driver started filling the pool, the top of the pool/liner seperated (newly installed pool). The driver stopped filling and called his boss, he told him to still charge for half a truck of water delivery, despite only filling a few inches or so...so on top of getting completely screwed by my pool installer, I had to pay for half a truck of water that is unusable. 😞 Thanks Clark's. I do not recommend.

If I could give this place a zero start I would. I called this place last week before went out for a business trip, Pat answered the phone, very pleasant and told me that would be a week to get the water delivered for our above ground pool, I said that would be ok because I was coming back the day before. So, I got back in MA on Wed the 8th 2022 around 2pm, so my wife got the call from Pat asking if that would be ok to coming on Wed because the weather on the next day, so we said ok to the deliver around 5:30pm. So we went out, got the money at the bank, fixed couple of things around the pool. The driver called us around 5:15pm confirming the address so I did it, and he told me he would be here in matters of minutes... he never came, never called, never said anything, so I was confused and called him back around 7:45pm and asked him what happened and he told me, I was told to come back and not deliver the water because I could not make to the street, so I asked him where were him and he told me the address, completely different way I told Pat to get here.... I called the next day and they never pick up the phone, and they never call us to inform they could not delivery the water. Just today, I have at least 4 people asking me if I know a place what they can get a water for their pool, and I told all of them to DO NOT CALL Clark Pool Water, they have no respect for their costumers, they were horrified what I told them... and as many people as possible I can tell how horrible this place is, I will... Thank you very much Pat, for your costumer service.

Buyer BewareMy Central Ma friends- I have always recommended Clark Pool Water for filling rinks. This was our 6th year. This year they charged $40 more and didn't bring us a whole truck (like we paid for). Our rink was less full than ever (still ended to run a hose for 12 hours and not full). When we called to ask questions (more for next year as we fixed the problem ourselves) the company told us "don't call us back next year- we put you on the black list and we will never fill again" and "you are more of a hassle than you are worth" hahaha all we did was ask a question🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Needed water to fill my Spa and they were able to provide me same day service even in November. Awesome service and responsiveness. Would highly recommend. The water was also extremely clear and clean!
