Thanks to Cheryl for always making it easy to schedule cleanings and service when we need it. Ordered pellets a couple weeks ago with Norman and had them delivered to my house 3 days later even with us living in their furthest service zone!

Annual cleaning completed to my Harman Accentra pellet stove insert. It also needed a new blower. It now looks and sounds brand new (nice and clean and quiet).The technician RJ was very pleasant and did a very thorough job. He educated me about the routine cleaning I can do to keep the stove running its best during the winter. Very happy with the service and highly recommend this company and their very experienced technician.

I love my new Harmon pellet stove insert from Higgins Energy Alternatives. Today Marco needed to replace a sensor wire that got crimped in the side door preventing the internal thermostat from working with the remote wireless sensor. We enjoy having the option to use the remote wireless sensor. Marco arrived on time, found and fixed the problem in 15 min, explained why it happened and how to prevent it from reoccurring. He reviewed additional stove features and ways to make it even quieter than it already was which I was surprised and happy to know. He cleaned up and said call Igbo had any other issues. Recently had a pellet stove insert added to my fireplace by Mike and Marco. Besides being 2 of the nicest guys, they did an outstanding job, even took the time to explain in detail everything I would need to know about running the stove and maintenance. They know their stuff!! Lyle was also wonderful with helping my husband and I decide which stove would suit our home best, was very informative, and so friendly. Marco Tellerico is a wonderful service person. He arrived quicker than expected and cleaned the smokestack and the stove very quickly. He explained the reason that the stack had a large amount of ash and also explained how to care for the converter on a monthly basis. He mentioned a tool to test firewood to see if it is too moist. That was part of my problem. I would definitely want him as my technician in the future.

I received service today from Marco and "Lil" Mike. They did a thorough cleaning and maintenance of my propane fireplace. Great service! I called the store to get help with my fireplace insert and they were incredibly kind, courteous and helpful. They set up an appointment right away and the tech, Little Mike arrived on time and even let me know he was on his way. Mike was the best tech. They were very careful about everything, drop cloths everywhere to protect the floors, everything installed and cleaned up perfectly. Higgins Energy does it again! Higgins has been servicing my pellet stove since 2018, and each time they provide excellent service. This year, RJ came to clean my stove and he did a phenomenal job. RJ promptly arrived and I noticed right away how polite and friendly he was. RJ worked diligently and cleaned my stove with ease. He took great care to make sure that no mess was left behind.
