First time customer purchasing wood pellets. This year pellets were very difficult to purchase. I had purchased them from another company in August and was told I would get them delivered by November. Long story short, previous company never returned my calls despite my pleas for having no pellets to heat the house. After calling around, WR Bentley had some, and even prioritized me because we needed them. Happy to have found them and will be purchasing pellets from them in the future.

Horrible customer service!! The lady that picked up the phone pretty much refused delivery service because we have not been a regular customer! Not helpful at all!!! She also hung up on me!! NEVER GET YOUR OIL HERE!! Don’t support bad business or rude people!!
