From the estimate, proposing different options and then the execution of the work, Josh is such a professional and great at what he does.The proof is the final product. We had a tree break our deck railings, and Josh fixed, as well as adding much needed trim. It looks better than it was originally!

Below there is 1 before photo of the attic showing how the old insulation was falling out, etc. The other photos are showing the project after it is completely finished with all new reflectux brand foil faced insulation. I am amazed at the transformation. Joshua explained the process clearly, paid a lot of attention to detail, and completed the project in a professional and timely manner. I am very satisfied wouldn't hesitate to call Joshua for any home improvement project I may have in the future.

Great experience. Easy communication via chat to get a quote and on the schedule for a small siding repair job. In less than two days after contacting the Local Handyman my siding was repaired, fitting me into their schedule early. I was even able to pay via PayPal making it so the job could be completed while I was at work. I understand this was a very very small job, which not all companies will take on, but I appreciate that they did and I already have more projects in mind.

I needed closet billfold doors fixed/ installed and a number of other tasks completed while I was out of town and he was able to adjust to the needed schedule, take care of all the tasks, and was very good at staying in communication, clear on pricing, being in time. I needed a dryer vent installed in my vinyl sided home. When I called Josh he was very thorough to make sure that I had the right equipment necessary, giving me a lot of his time on the phone. I was going to use Angi but was disappointed with other services of theirs and Josh’s quote was lower. Josh arrived on time, performed great work until the job was done and discussed everything that he was installing. It was a tricky job because of the multiple layers of wood that Josh needed to drill through, but he persevered and got the job done! I’m very happy to have my dryer vent ready to go!
