I had my roof done by Tip Top Roofing on Tuesday. The crew showed up at 7AM and stayed until 6PM until the entire job was completed. I was amazed with how quickly things were done and cleaned up. This crew just kept working all day long with only a 30 min break for lunch. They were fantastic. I was contacted early that morning that many sheets of plywood needed to be replaced and that did not stop them from finishing the same day. I would highly recommend Tip Top Roofing.

Tip Top Roofing, John, and the roof installers were fantastic. My insurance company unexpectedly gave me three weeks notice at the end of December to replace my roof or lose coverage on my newly purchased home, so I was in a bit of a panic. John came out quickly to provide a quote and go over options and it was a no pressure sales situation. They were fairly priced and competitive with the other reputable roofers in the area. Once I signed the contract, they worked to secure the permit over the holidays and on install day, an army of installers showed up at 7 am. By the time I got home from work, everyone was gone and I had a new roof. Very satisfied with the work and communication.

Overall, I was extremely pleased with getting a new roof on my new-to-me home. After a frustrating process to even get responses from a few other contractors, Dominic met with me, gave estimates, answered questions, and oversaw the roofing installation within a quick few weeks. He was a genuine non-pressure sales person and very knowledgeable. The roofing team were very hard working, completing my home and garage within one 12 hour day! Clean up was as thorough as can be with minor little things for me to handle (and considering it was almost dark when they left I was impressed!). Additionally, they found a bird's nest with an egg and safely relocated it. I also arranged new gutters through Tip Top and those were done immediately after my new roof was installed. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone for a seamless process from start to finish. I will note my overall cost was higher than the estimate, but with clear communication and documentation (including pictures) along the way to explain why. I would highly recommend Tip-Top-Roofing. Price was right and they referred us to a great Chimney guy who had the job done before the roofers started. The house looks great and they really cleaned up everything after the job. They took great care to not harm our vegetable garden that we work so hard on. We worked with Nick the owner during the sales process. He was punctual and also gave us 3 price options which was helpful. He came prepared with all relative insurance/workers comp documents included in the folder. He got all necessary permits from the town so we didn’t have to. The actual work was completed in one day and the workers were super efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Nick followed up with us the next day to make sure we were happy. I contacted Tip-Top Roofing in mid-Feb, Nick responded later that day and scheduled an appointment with me. He was very easy to work with and I thought their pricing was reasonable. We have a fairly large roof that recently started to leak and show it's age. The crew (7 individuals) came to our home at 6:50am, had the entire roof stripped in a little over an hour, added new drip edge, flashing, replaced several sheets of damaged plywood and a fascia board, along with new shingles. They cleaned-up and finished the job by 5:30pm. A real hard working crew! They did a very good job, the roof looks great. I would recommend Tip-Top Roofing if asked.Service: Roof installation

Not to be coy, but everything was Tip Top - AAA+Kurt showed up on time - most other bidders rescheduled or showed up late. When we met, he fully explained the process for developing the proposal, where we might incur added costs, and fully explained what was included. There were no surprises whatsoever!Luis and the installation crew started worked early, stayed late and even pushed through the rain under tarp to make sure it was done and done well. Over all, the job was two very long days.The job was fairly complex (140 year old home, three layers, rotted facia and ledger board, removal of skylight and redesign slope, etc).The property was left clean and the work was done professionally!This contractor is honest, professional, and does what they say they are going to do. At the time they were training a new member of their team. I believe for a Mgmt position. Mike was the best to work with and went over and above my expectations. I signed the contract and had a new roof in 3 days later and it was done in under a day. They also uncovered and replaced some rotten boards and sealed my chimney. I opted for a premium vent, with Mike’s suggestion. The crew prepped remarkably and there wasn’t a bit of waste left behind.
