I cannot say enough to express how professional Chris and Bill were from start to finish. They came out to assess the roof in person, which was HUGE. They found issues with the overall construction of my roof that needed fixing, such as a lack of adequate ventilation and a pathway for water to travel between the roof and chimney, that aren't apparent via satallite. This meant my quote was not followed by surprise costs during the process. It also allowed me to discuss remodeling projects coming down the pipe that benefited greatly from their input. They are very detailed oriented, from coordinating the dumpster service to cleaning up and double checking everywhere a nail might have strayed. Never mind that my roof looks great and it's one thing I'm not worried about as we settle into our home.

After dealing with so many unresponsive contractors, Bill and Chris at The North Face Roofing Company are a total breath of fresh air. They are responsive, professional, and courteous. As for their work, they provide prompt, very high quality work with no corners cut, using the best materials. After an excellent recommendation from a relative, we had them replace our house and detached garage roofs. Both jobs were done promptly and we are extremely happy with the result. They kept us informed every step of the process and never gave us the typical run-around you get with many contractors. We plan to use them for other jobs as well. I highly recommend Northface! I worked with Chris who was very responsive and courteous. They were supposed to repair my mom’s roof, but due to extensive damage, it had to be rebuilt.
