A heartfelt thank you for Kaplan’s contribution to the success of our library relocation at the Worcester Art Museum, which doesn’t only require to move books. Balancing the budget, the design and delivery has a lot to do with that success, as does the willingness and aptitude to tackle complicated and intricate projects with little money and high expectations. Kaplan is a valued partner in WAM’s current and upcoming projects and I would like to give a special shout out to Kaplan’s PM, superintendent, and onsite crew for all of their hard work, including the systems our visitors cannot see. Our sanctuary is the heart of our synagogue. We wanted to revitalize our physical and spiritual space to reflect our identity and ambitions, and selecting Kaplan Construction was a monumental decision in making our vision become reality. CALA in Somerville, Mass. is a successful case study of how the owner, architect, and contractor had to collaboratively work together in re-using the structural system of the building and ensuring its design intent stays cohesive throughout the space. Kaplan played a key role in respecting our vision, executing our design intent, and working with us as owners and architects of the project. Kaplan Construction managed a complicated renovation and addition at Boston University’s Children’s Center through the COVID-19 pandemic with true professionalism and without impacting the schedule. It was a complete gut renovation. We are excited to provide our faculty and staff with first-rate childcare services adjacent to campus in our new Children’s Center, enabling us to recruit and retain high quality faculty and staff. Kaplan Construction conducted a $6 million construction project for Tremont on the Common. A new Lobby, Fitness Room, Resident Lounge, Pool Deck and 21 Residential Hallways. They did a great job communicating with us and our residents to ensure as little disruption to the normal rhythm of our community. Understanding that Tremont on the Common is home to 650 residents, Kaplan’s project team accommodated special requests. Their attention to detail made all the difference and we were able to maintain our original schedule.
