Highly recommend Lockwood Construction. They recently repaired a basement wall that had water damage, it looks great and will stay dry with vent holes Jim put in. They built a rear addition including new bathroom which involved hoisting all materials over the roof since my unit is an attached townhouse; the space is beautiful now as it was when built 15 years ago.

I have used Lockwood Construction for 2 significant projects that included complete, gut-rehab scope and the experience has been best in class. Jim (Lockwood) has everything one would want in a contractor: transparency, integrity and punctuality.
