We recently chose Window World of Boston to replace all the windows and several doors in our home, at the recommendation of several coworkers, and we couldn't be happier with the results!The initial estimate visit was informative, and not at all pushy. The hardware was ready right when they expected it to be, and the installation was done expertly, right on time. The installation team even did some additional unexpected repair work that was discovered after removing the old hardware. They were very attentive to detail, especially relating to insulation and watertightness. They also kept me in the loop during the whole installation process so I understood how everything worked and what was being done, which I greatly appreciated. The total cost was completely fair.Now we understand why these coworkers so strongly recommended WWoB, and now we will too!Services: General window replacement, General door installation

Really positive experience from start to finish. Olti our salesperson insured we had the most competitive pricing right out of the gate. He was very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the products, and also knew a lot about the competition. The installation crew was at our home for three days. We had tried to price out a replacement bow window with the large home centers, and a handyman. It became clear that they didn’t know what they were talking about and we were not at all confident that the project would be done correctly. We contacted window world, and, we’re very impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail from everyone in the office, Sales, and installation. Our window is tight, beautiful efficient. I would use them again in a second.

Migel and his partner just finished installing 15 windows in my house they were total professionals did a great job all windows are clean well trimmed they look really good of course it has only been one day but so far I am glad that I chose window world mainly for the price but I am happy with the quality as well.

Just wanted to share that I was very pleased with the team at Window World from my initial phone call. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Nick was very personable and diligent with coming out to assess the job and promptly sent me a professional quote. I, also, was impressed with Nick's follow through to call to confirm that I received the quote and to see if I had any questions. And later Nick made another phone call to follow up to ask if I made any decisions on moving forward. He was helpful, but with the right amount of aggressiveness that it was not off putting. Great sales skills!

Don from Window World was very knowledgeable, came on time took measurements of all the windows we want done and gave me a quote on the spot which was incredibly helpful. When we signed the contract someone else came out for even more detailed measurements and few weeks later we had windows that fit like a glove. The windows are beautifully made, work great and we've had no leakage or issues with any of them. Will continue to recomend window world to friends and neighbors!

He's a true professional and extremely down to earth. Such an easy guy to work with. We bought windows the first time and recently bought siding. We contracted with Window World to install siding on our home. Their workers did a fabulous job. They arrived early and worked til after dark. I would recommend Window World for anyone needing similar work. In addition, their price was considerably less than the first company that gave us an estimate.

No pressure sales person, others I got estimates from were really high pressure. Scheduling was easy, installation was very professional & windows seem to be high quality. So far heat has been cycling less we will see how everything goes once we have had a full year to compare

First of all, it is very difficult to attract the interest of a window vendor when you are only replacing one window! My husband and I (both age 79) interviewed four window companies. It became clear to us that vendors really DO try to take advantage of seniors. Window World was the last vendor to visit us and how refreshing this experience was. Dave Minard was our consultant. He explained every step of replacing my kitchen window in detail, was friendly, and was not at all overbearing. Long story short (!), we hired his company in no small part because of Dave. If you are a senior and in need of replacing windows, call Window World and ask for Dave (Minard)!!! You won't be sorry!

I replaced a French patio door with a sliding door and got a few estimates before choosing Window World. Everyone from the sales person, installers & customer service was very professional. While taking out the old door, the installers uncovered a large amount of water damage under the step/threshold. They showed it to me, cut it out, went to retrieve supplies & replaced it, waterproofed it & completed the installation. Had 15 windows installed by Windows World this past Monday. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the product and workmanship. Quentin and Fred (Freddie) did an excellent job. They covered with plastic, as needed, those areas where job was to be done, performed repairs on couple of window sills, where needed, and thoroughly vacuumed each area after the installation was completed. They then proceeded to give us a thorough explanation/demonstration on how to properly operate our new installed windows and other info as needed. All this was done in one day in an efficient and professional manner. We had 15 windows installed in our home. We are now waiting for installation of vynil siding on our home. Hoping the vynil siding crew are as efficient, professional and detail oriented as Quentin and Freddie were with the installation of our windows. Thank you Quentin and Freddie for a job well done. Overall our experience was good. After a last minute cancellation of installation by WW without much explanation, WW was able to install a couple weeks later. The installation team was fantastic. They were very meticulous, and they were very careful with rose garden near the installation. They wanted to make sure we were very happy with the job - and we are. Just had a GREAT install with Window World! Quentin and his team worked magic in this 110+ year old house. They showed up on time, super clean and professional, finished the job in half the time we anticipated, and educated us a ton on these new windows. We feel like our house has been transformed... we can actually SEE outside now! And I can OPEN the windows without giving myself a hernia! We were a little apprehensive going into this project since it is the biggest investment we have made in our home so far, but I am so glad we picked Window World and even more grateful that we got such an awesome install crew. Quentin and the rest of the guys were super easy going, yet very hard working and detail oriented. I blinked and half the house was done. They make it look easy because they are pros!! After finding out that Window World does lots of other projects, I would only want THIS team if I could going forward because they were that awesome.We were also really pleased with the sales-side of the process. Tom, the sales rep who we initially met with, had a great disposition. No high pressure, very transparent about costs and timeline.It's rare that I can actually say my expectations were exceeded when tackling a project this big.. but they WERE, from start to finish!!!Enjoy this photo of our new, and very small but very cute, window above the sink. It used to be a crank window that was falling out of the house. Impossible to clean and very difficult to shut. We replaced all of our windows but this one is kind of special.
