We hired Cape Cod Renovation to reside our house and add an extended deck. Overall, we are very happy with the work! The siding work and framing of the deck were done by subcontractors. Throughout the whole process, Vlad was very responsive, always returning my questions with a phone call, almost immediately. We finished the project this past winter, and before we could even use the deck, a tree fell in the winter storm and destroyed one section of the railing! Vlad and his team came out in a very reasonable time to fix that for us! The only part of the process that was frustrating, was the permitting, which we were advised to do ourselves to save some money. I was grateful for the suggestion, but I don't think I would do that again. A bit of a headache and time suck.Professional crew and a job well done!

We reached out to Cape Cod Renovation, LLC, about a major remodeling job. Prior to doing so, we had been in contact with a couple other construction businesses. None of those companies were able to do the project we needed done prior to the Summer season. Neither the time they quoted nor the costs were acceptable. Cape Cod Renovations, on the other hand, were able to very rapidly (the neighbors were amazed too) complete the job: with elegance, timeliness, budget-friendliness, and professionalism. After several months, we still are unable to find any flaws with how well-built and designed the property is. We are more than satisfied with Cape Cod Renovation and strongly recommend it to our friends and neighbors.

The proposal was provided in a timely fashion, it was easy to understand and the price was very competitive. They worked around my schedule as we were having other work done at the same time and accommodated my request for when to get the work started. They came when they said they were going to come, the work was done efficiently, the men were neat and courteous and the final product exceeded expectations. They started by fixing my floors. Then they installed basement and first floor floors(vinyl and hardwood). Replaced my doors and windows and now they are doing my bathroom.
