Very easy to work with. Workman ship is top notch, and at the end of the day everything was cleaned up and put back together. Kana helped in design decisions and were open to our ideas. Project took longer to complete do to backordered window, changing our mind on tile choice for bathroom, and bad weather. I would definitely use Kana construction again. Very happy with Kana. Solid estimate, workmanship, and follow through. Easy to communicate with. Replaced front doors of old house and doorway to make much more insulated and airtight. Installed new storm doors. Great painters as well.

Diogo and Kana Construction did such an outstanding job on our recently completed project in Wellfleet, adding a bedroom suite over the garage, all new construction, plus an elegant staircase, and a new wall in the garage. They went way beyond what we expected choosing high quality materials. This is something you rarely find in a construction company these days. They paid incredible attention to every detail. The workers worked so hard for many long days. They were diligent, quiet and efficient workers, always cleaning up well each day. Carlos, overseeing the project, was delightful and was frequently on site. Diogo the owner was accessible when we had questions (and we had many!) and was very patient with us. He manages and has trained a skilled group of workers.We were constantly amazed by every part of the project. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this unusually ethical and caring company — a rarity!

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience working with Kana on an addition to our Outer Cape home. Starting with their calm but insistent dealings with a mostly unresponsive building Dept, working creatively to button up and resolve the small issues that invariably pop up in the process, to having incredibly respectful, professional, organized crews on site every day that we shared the property with while they did their jobs, Kana greatly exceeded our expectations by any measure.Communication between us and the job foreman and owner has been timely, seamless, and comforting. The project is just finishing up and we will post photos of the addition as soon as it's complete. We give Kana an A+ and/or a 4.0, they are seriously that good.

Two months before the scheduled gut renovation of my home, I lost my contractor. Someone referred me to Kana Construction. They took over, started on my original start date, and finished on time. I was not in the area through much of the construction but I was kept up-to-date on all developments and progress, sent pictures of the work, and called on FaceTime so that I could see what was happening in the house. The communication was incredible and everyone did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. What could have been a very stressful renovation ended up being really easy.
