MEF renovated two of our bathrooms in 2023. They were always very cognizant of the impact their works would have on our home lives and communicated any disruptive works or utility outages in advance, which allowed us to continue working from home throughout. Any concerns or uncertainties were always proactively dealt with by our main contact Charlie, and we always felt listened to and that the issues were resolved - this included them sourcing a trusted roofer on our behalf to address an existing issue.The quality of work is high, especially from Brian who is very detail oriented. We also know they will stand behind their work. Our spaces are great, thanks Brad and Charlie.

We are SO HAPPY with the work done by the MEF team and really couldn't possibly love our home any more. Brad, Charlie, Brian, and Paul are fantastic, kind, efficient, clean, and they deliver a superior product, and do it right on schedule! Our renovated home is exactly what we imagined—better actually—and we felt listened to and supported the entire way. (Maybe more important for me than for my husband, but truly, as a woman with little knowledge of construction, I never felt dumb or that I was asking for too much. This was incredibly important for a project of our scale.) All of the subs did excellent work too, and were consummate professionals. All in all, a really fantastic experience. We would give the MEF team 10 stars if we could! Hire them; you won’t be sorry!

We recently hire MEF to renovate our first floor. Brad and Charlie are so easy to work with, very professional, transparent and knowledgeable. They always answer our questions and requests in a timely manner. We are very happy with most of the subs they hired for the project. Highly recommend!

We just had a bathroom remodel with MEF and worked with Charlie. We loved how communicative he was and that he was always on top of all of the subcontractors. They left the site very clean every day. Charlie also was very flexible when we had personal family emergency come up in significantly delaying our project without increasing costs. MEF was highly recommended by members of our neighborhood and we can understand why.

Nice, professional, responsive problem solvers all around who seem to genuinely care about doing a great job and making the customer happy. He held true to the estimated quote.
