What a wonderful company - Starting with Nelson, who gave the estimate (and is basically the head honcho?), to Brenda (the wonderful office guru who answered every question quickly and never once showed an ounce of "stop bothering me!" - which I am guilty of!) to the extremely talented technicians who installed the new heating system and ductless AC. The finished product is truly a work of art! We are so thankful we found St. Pierre - other companies couldn't even be bothered to return a phone call but St. Pierre went above and beyond to work with us and do an amazing job quickly and very professionally! We have a one year old house and had a problem with our Trane control panel not rebooting after a WiFioutage. We got a service appointment and the new owner of the business showed up to fix the problem. We had been very happy with the company before it was sold to Chris. We are now extremely happy that Chris has taken over. He got the system rebooted but said he needed to return and go through the wiring of the system. He is so easy to deal with and took the time to explain what was wrong and what he did to fix it.Now the control panel is performing all the functions it was designed to perform. We feel very fortunate that Chris is now in charge and know we will receive top notch care from him and his company!

St. Pierre did an excellent job on our home HVAC project. We received several quotes and bids for our project from other contractors, but Chris from St. Pierre was the only contractor that spent the time to thoroughly analyze our home HVAC needs by performing a detailed analysis on our ductwork and airflow and determined the proper "sizing" to help heat and cool our house. Their solution involved not only replacing old equipment, but also improving and adding to our ductwork, and even adding a "Second Zone" to a finished basement that was always a different temperature from the rest of the house (now solved!). Jeff and his crew that worked in our house were highly professional and great to work with. The installation and workmanship was top-quality, they added in many nice new additions as part of the install (such as some extra shut-offs for some gas and water lines they had to move) and they used only top-quality products, such as Trane high-efficiency furnaces and variable-speed heat-pumps, all with WiFi enabled controls. They spent the time to train us on how to use the new system, and their crews were always careful about our house during the installation work and always cleaning-up when they were done for the day. Will be using them again to replace an old hot-water heater. I would highly recommend them to others without hesitation.

Had a technician come to my home to look at installing central A/C. Was told they would have to think about how they would be able to install it and would get back to me with options and a quote.After waiting almost 2 weeks I called and was told they were waiting on some information from a supplier on pricing and they would follow up. After almost a month I called back and was told the person said they had spoken to me and said this was something they wouldn't be able to do based on how my system is setup.That is understandable for a company to say however it is NOT understandable that they did not inform me of this A MONTH AGO.
