When I moved into my home a couple of years ago, the roof and gutters were in rough shape. I received Mike's name via a recommendation from a town website to help address some of the concerns (and hopefully delay replacing my roof / gutters as long as safe). Mike was responsive, easy to communicate with, and fixed my issues. He also cleaned my gutters every year. I'd recommend him for all sorts of roofwork. He was knowledgeable and detail oriented.

Mike and his crew did a terrific job on our roof, clearing what ended up being 2 layers of shingles instead of just one and installing the new shingles beautifully, all in just a day. Mike was referred by a friend whose roof was completed earlier. He came out on a weekend for a quote and was able to accommodate my request for a Saturday installation. Quote was very fair and they were able to resolve several other issues with the roof and gutters. Roofers were attentive and answered my questions. Team was very quick. Our roof was over 30 years old, and we started having leakage in our attic and kitchen. We knew it was time to replace the roof, and fortunately, a friend referred us to Mike Looby of Roof Tops, LLC. Mike was easy to work with and worked with us as we had to refinance our house to help pay for the replacement. He met our time frame for when we wanted to get the roof done.Mike thoroughly explained what needed to be done with the roof, the materials, and how long the job would take from start to finish. He had a crew who worked on the roof while someone helped clean up throughout the job. Although communications with the crew were a little tricky sometimes, Mike was able to answer any questions we had regarding the job.Overall, the results were what we had hoped for. Our roof looks great, and the house actually feels a little warmer than it used to.We would recommend Roof Tops to others looking to have their roof done and want to work with someone who wants to do their best job for you.

They installed an exhaust vent on my roof. I installed a fan in my bathroom ceiling to properly vent out moisture, so I needed this roof vent to connect to the fan through my attic. Mike and his coworker did the install, and they did an excellent job. Mike was exceptionally responsive from day 1. I reached out to several roofing companies for quotes, and he was the first to reply. He helpfully answered all my questions in a timely manner and scheduled me in a few days later. The install went flawlessly. They were very professional, and I'm very happy with the quality of their work. I knew I wanted a professional to properly handle the roof shingles and sealant to maintain proper weather proofing on my roof. They matched the color of the vent to my gutters perfectly, too. With their vent in place, it was easy to connect the duct in the attic and finish up my small home improvement project. I called Mike while a huge rain/windstorm was still happening to tell him a large hatch cover had blown off the top of my three story home and water was coming thru the trap door into my finished attic. He answered the call - assessed the situation from my photo and was at my home within 30 minutes. He managed to get the very heavy hatch cover up to the rooftop and re-secure it. He was amazing and very reasonably priced given the conditions he had to work in - I will be calling him when it's time to replace the roof in a few years!

We just bought a house and asked Mike to come inspect the roof as well as repoint and add a rain hat to the chimney. He was quick to respond and come out and inspect everything and give us an estimate. He then offered to come on the weekend and even did the job while we weren’t there. I called Roof Tops LLC after a high-wind winter storm tore off the cap to one of our roof vents. They were prompt to respond, even during the winter holiday season, and figured out a way to repair the problem without me having to purchase a whole new vent. Roof Tops LLC came to my house about a month ago to fix two air vents that were leaking through the attic roof, connect tubing from the fan vents in my upstairs bathrooms, so they exhausted to the outside, clean clogged gutters and install mesh covers over the gutters to prevent future clogging from tree debris. I could not have been more impressed by the professionalism and expertise from Mike and his team. Mike was very responsive throughout the whole process and was particularly patient on the day of the job as he kindly answered all questions that I had for him.
