I called Willard Roofing for a consult to see if the shingles could be replaced, but more importantly if the gutter system in this section of the home could be remedied to slow the decay over time. Our experience has been nothing short of fantastic dealing with both Parker Sr. and now Parker Jr. They demonstrate a good old fashioned work ethic, extreme responsiveness and are excellent communicators. I had a great experience with Willard Roofing doing my roof installation. The sales person, office staff, and installation crew all worked hard to make sure my whole experience with them worked out great. I ended up with a very professionally installed roof in a timely manner and can say the Landmark shingles and rubber roof look great. Spending a decent amount of money on a roof is sometimes hard when you don't have a lot to go on for contractor backgrounds, so I'm letting you know my experience with Parker and his team was exceptional. Willard Roofing has helped me not once but twice. The first time was for our house roof- they were fair, considerate and honest. After checking our roof they determined only some of our bump outs and a porch needed updating. A year or so later our garage roof was leaking and again they came and updated the areas that needed repairing. I trust them and am so grateful I found them. To remove and dispose the existing gutters from house and add gutters and downspouts to same location they wanted to charge me 5,225.00 Ridiculous. If they had to do any repairs of rotted soffit or fascia board it would be done on a time and materials basis of 125.00 per man per hour plus materials. It’s laughable license Plumbers don’t even charge that much an hour I kno I am one. Then to install a gutter goalie system to area of work was gonna be another 1936.00. If you are ready this review run run run. Do not get highly overcharged by this company

I really wanted to use these guys - but ...I called them in September, 2021 to take a look at a leak in my roof. They came right out and I had a quote with in a week or two. The quote looked very reasonable and the guy who came out seemed to know his job very well.The problem was when I called to ask a question about the quote. They never called back. I sent them 3-4 e-mails and called them 2-3 (maybe 4) times. The person who answered the email (Cassandra) kept telling me that they would call back, but I never heard back. I gave up after two months. I never got to ask my questions (and the funny thing was, I was going to ask them about doing more than they quoted).So, hard to recommend them when they failed to call back. I know everyone is busy right now, but why bother sending me a written quote in the first place. Anyway, very frustrating. Not a way to build long term loyalty. If you can get them to show up, they may do a good job, who knows.
