I had Champions Bay Window installed in 2002 and I had a problem in 2008 and the technician came out and took care of the problem and I had noticed water seepage after this past Christmas and called and they sent a technician he took pictures and inspected the seepage problem was told that the window is rotting under because there are no weep holes in the window and called the customer service and I was told that they would honor the warranty.and I would be contacted within 48 hours,when I did not receive a call and I called them,I was told that the regional manager declined the Life Time Guaranteed Warranty because of that I should have called earlier and I had no previous problems and We will NOT honor The Warranty.The Battle is Just Starting to have the Honor The Life Time Warranty!!!On 2/21/24 I received a call from the technician that came out early in the month to check the bay window one morning for rotting of the window that Champion was going to honor the warranty and replace the Bay window and it is on order, the window Came in on 4/15 and the installation was set up for 4/19/24 the crew that came to install the new bay window was very good they had a little problem because it was a tight fit but the installation went well and the bay window looks great. I am changing my review from a 1 star to a 3 star because of the fact that they gave me the runaround about the warranty.

Champion installed a sunroom for my house a few years back. The roof leaks; the doors and windows don't actually latch when they "lock"; the cheap flooring has turned green from the sun and when we noticed the cheap green flooring was pealing up, it exposed soggy ply wood that was black with mold. These people do not return calls, do not return messages/voicemails, nor do they show up to our house when we do manage to speak with someone semi-competent enough to schedule an appointment for us. They have closed our Complaint Ticket at least three different times without notifying us or without giving us a valid reason for doing so. They do not understand their own warranty, nor do they acknowledge it. I'm sure our Attorney will though. This company is trash and their product is trash.

Called to try and get a handle for my windows. Considering they “didn’t install them” they wouldn’t so much as even sell me a window crank handle. I after much investigating found out that it’s an Ashland products part. That was all in my own. Thanks for nothing and not helping out a customer. I’ll ensure to buy Pella or Andersen products. Don’t buy Champion if you want someone who stands behind their product.

Do not buy anything from this place. They are scam artist. Tom is a hunk of sh— —.Have a sunroom and it’s been condemned. Leaks all over and they don’t do a thing. The whole floor rotted from their shoddy work.

I would never, ever buy a product from this company again. Issue with kitchen window that has a lifetime warranty and they want to charge me a $195 trip fee just to come out, and cannot get to me for 2-3 months. Just going to have an entire new window put in from a different company. Absolute ripoff...Service: Window installation

Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would. Seals have failed on our patio doors and garden window. Both have Champion’s “lifetime warrantee”. We first contacted Champion in April of 2021 regarding the failed seals. It is now nearly 14 months later and our issues still haven’t been resolved. The lifetime warrantee is meaningless if it isn’t being honored.We’ve tried to contact customer care a number of times, however the number always rings busy. It’s as though they are intentionally trying to avoid talking to their clients. I was told that my sunroom needs a rebuild because of poor initial build. That was August, 2020. I had someone out to measure so that Champion could get appropriate materials. I have called the district manager, Tom several times. I left messages with questions and requests...no response. I wrote two letters, one of them requesting return when letter is delivered. Got that notification. No response! Sent another letter...no response. What is going on at Champion? Nobody in upper management even cares about their customers. Can anybody tell me if they are going out of business. Maybe it’s time to contact my local television station.

Couldn't be more disappointed with champion windows, my house had every window replaced and 70% of the windows seals failed. "Warranty" supposedly covers "free" replacement ...with a required $185 service call fee. However when I went to have the streaked windows replaced I realized "lifetime warranty" really isnt. Will end up spending thousands of dollars with another company to replace windows so streaked they are borderline impossible to see thru. Plus it took months to get a simple response to my repeated requests for service/call back/email.Service: Window installation

My wife and I ordered four windows from Champion. They left a message trying to schedule the installation of the windows. My wife has called them three times to schedule the appointment. Each time she called, she doesn't get a live person but an answering machine. We have yet to hear back from them.If we don't hear from them by September 16th 2019, we will cancel the contract.I'm wondering if there are financially solvent. even if we hear from them, I am now dubious of this project will be completed successfully.

Do not use Champion windows. I ended up paying 1000.00 per window. Anderson which is much better is maxed out at around 740.00. They never call you back and they only want to rip you off. The company from hell! Save yourselves! Use any other company for windows or vinyl or sunrooms. Trust me. The salesman even quit because the jobs he sold were not getting done!

I cant say enough about my experience with Champion. Their factory rep came out to my home the other day. He was very knowledgeable , friendly and extremely helpful. The product quality was top notch. The whole experience was great!

The coating on the outside of our windows melted. Called the company and they wanted $300 to come to look at the windows. Stay away from this company!

I have had my sunroom for about a year, constantly putting sections back together because they keep popping out, door doesn't close right (and hasn't since day one), heat/cooling unit is very loud, and noticed a leak in the ceiling.
