Attleboro, Ma Steven from New Englane Property Services Group evaluated my attic for mold. Prior to Steve, I had 2 roofers ( told me they needed to replace half of my roof) and 2 mold companies (young, inexperienced men who wanted a contract signed before they left the house). Steve was the only one who was happy that we followed him into the attic so he could better explain the possible causes of the mold. He was the only one who did not pressure us into choosing his company. He was professional, patient and competent. He and his team were always on time and cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied!

I had Steven inspect my roof and attic after a windstorm event. Steve very honestly told us the roof was in good shape and did not need any repair. He actually didn’t even charge for his visit and even wrote a report and shared pictures of his visit. I insisted myself to pay $200 for his labor and time. Great example of the type of contractor you all hope to hire. I will definitely call him for my next roofing/water damage job. Very nice guy.
