We hired Lakeland to complete an open project on our house, which consisted of replacing a window and a section of sidewall. My husband and I run a tile installation service, so we deal with a lot of different tradesmen and have seen the good, the not so good and the terrible ones. Lakeland is most definitely one of the good ones! He's polite, punctual, conducts himself in a professional manner, and most importantly, does great work. He even cleaned up after himself so well that you never would've known we just had work done that day. We plan to have Lakeland return to replace some rotted trim on our house, and will certainly be recommending him to our friends, neighbors and clients.
