Disappointed. Was initially very excited to have these builders who I considered to have excellent customer service and a great reputation entertain a project in renovating my front entryway. Initial contact did not call back nor did he show up as promised to meet with me on the project. I called the office coordinator who said the rep was very busy, but agreed he should have at least followed through on a visit. She then relayed to the representative that I was awaiting his visit. When he finally did a site visit, he said he would turn around a design and an estimate immediately. That was a few months ago. I have yet to receive any quote or even a courteous follow up email/phone call. The fact that Duffany Builders is busy is fantastic, and I understand that the market is demanding. But the lack of customer service is disheartening and, quite frankly, inexcusable.

From start to finish, the team at Duffany Builders were professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to our needs for a complete kitchen, bathroom, and replacement of floors home remodeling project that they undertook for us in East Falmouth in Q4 2021.As a seasoned developer myself, I particularly appreciated the manner that the Duffany team handled the many challenges that converged in 2021 with Covid, supply chain issues, and ever escalating costs.The Duffany team and particularly Todd Duffany and CM, Stan Crocker were responsive, informed and consistently kept us as the client, connected in real time to the project.
