Highly recommend! I was dreading this experience of getting the roof replaced. But Red Dog’s Roofing made the whole experience less anxious and were reassuring through the whole process. I had received a few quotes for a new roof and ultimately decided to go with Red Dog’s Roofing. Their estimate was the most accurate and complete. Kyler even inspected the attic. So we knew going in that the first layer on the roof were the original 1918 cedar shakes. Which lead to a precise estimate, no surprises when they started peeling the roof back. They also took the unused chimney down to below roof line. On the day of the roof replacement it was like clock work. They arrived when they said. Dumpster and materials on time and started on time. They kept me updated throughout the day. And when completed you would never know they were there except for the new roof. They left the grounds immaculate. Very professional start to finish. They did an amazing job. Highly recommend! Thanks to Kyler and Amanda and the whole Red Dog’s roofing team. I am very happy with the experience and end results.

Being new homeowners, our hearts sunk when we noticed a leak coming into the house we had just bought-we saw a few Red Dogs signs in town, so we gave them a call. They sent out Kyler to do an inspection, he went into the attic to see where the water was coming in from then walked around the roof inspecting not just where it was coming in from but the WHOLE thing. We were very impressed, he showed us pictures and explained so we could understand it!! We ended up needing to redo te flashing around the chimney because the last roofer didn't replace it. He assured us we still had plenty of life left to our roof, and with the repair, we can get the full life out of our roof. The crew came out & and performed the repair in just half a day (impressive is an understatement). Once again, they showed us pictures of the repair before and after. The workmanship is unmatched..It's been about 1 year since we called Red Dogs, with no leaks & just as happy!!If you are looking for honest / professional roofers, please don't hesitate to trust Red Dogs Roofing.

Red Dog's Roofing recently replaced the roof on our home. From the first contact with their team to the final sign off on the project everyone was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The team that did the roofing work were like watching a well oiled machine and were meticulous with the details to ensure the roof looked amazing. Justin was great to work with during the quoting process and Cody, the project manager was polite and very detail oriented. He even came back to our home about a week after installation to make sure we were happy and ran a magnet over our entire yard again to ensure there was nothing left behind. Saw my 22yr old roof was leaking. Googled roofers in my area. Took a chance with Red Dog's. Went to their Web site for a quote request. Amanda called me back same day and sent their salesman Tyler over. Tyler answered all my questions in person and via texting. Then Tim the project mgr. called to set up an installation day. The Ecuadorian crew did a wonderful job removing the three layered old roof shingles and replacing them with new. They protected the house well during removal and cleaned up the yard well. The new shingles have improved the look of the house. Everything was done as promised except the City of Worcester has still not signed off the work permit.Service: Roof installation

Red Dog did a wonderful job at Windmill Florist! Their team were courteous, friendly, efficient, and did an all around fantastic job! Every aspect of the job was done to a tee. When stripping the roof, a piece of plywood bounced back onto the house and damaged the siding. During their walk through, they found the damage and fixed it. Six months after purchasing our home, thinking our roof was sound and water tight, we found ourselves in mold and water damage hell. It was a stressful situation that no new homeowner should have to go through when they had been told their roof was only about 5 years old. After a GC looked at our attic, we were told we needed to get a roofer out ASAP and we might be looking at an entire new roof to correct all of the problems that were going on with our roof. My boyfriend had heard of Red Dog's and asked me to give them a call to come out and look at our roof and give us an estimate. From the very first call to them, they were so understanding, compassionate, professional and the entire staff went above and beyond to help us. The representative contacted me within a couple of hours, came out the very next day. He was concerned with a particularly nasty rain storm that was coming in and wanted to get out and take a look and see if he could give us some answers before the storm hit. The news was unexpected, and worst case we would need to completely replace the roof. The rep came back the next day to sit down with my boyfriend and I to go over every detail and all of our options. We went ahead and got our new roof with Red Dogs. They ended up being able to do the installation 2 weeks earlier than originally estimated and it was completed in one day the week before Christmas. The day of the installation, the crew arrived a few minutes early, immediately got to work, the foreman introduced himself to me and assured me that he would keep in contact me by text throughout the day letting me know how the project was going. I was so impressed with the level of communication and professionalism the whole day with the installation. The roof was completed just before 5:00 pm that day and final instructions were clearly communicated with me. We were especially surprised and pleased when a worker from Red Dog's stopped by our house a couple of weekends ago since most of the snow had melted to do another thorough sweep of our yard for discarded nails and pieces of shingle that may have been missed. We have a young child, so this was much appreciated and completely unexpected! We are beyond thrilled with our choice of using Red Dog's to replace our roof. If you are looking for a roofer that is responsive, professional, communicative, on time and does what they say they are going to do, please give them a call. You will not be sorry! We were not planning on having to replace our roof, but they turned a very stressful situation into (almost) a pleasure. Thank you to Alexia, Amanda, Tyler, Jared, Mike and the whole Red Dog's team. These guys call and hound you for final payment when you give it and they give there word to complete the job they don't commit to it. Be careful not to pay or take there word until all the jobs are completed because they take forever to come back

Worked with Michael initially. He came out to inspect the flashing around the chimney. Upon inspection, he informed us that repair was needed, but also that the roof as a whole was showing signs of age. He took pictures and presented them to us so we could see for ourselves what it looked like up there. He said he’d be happy to give us a quote just for a repair but offered to give us a quote for a total roof replacement as well. It didn’t feel as though he was trying to up-sell us on a replacement when a simple repair would do. He was very genuine and open with us. We decided to go with a total roof replacement. Michael was straightforward and knowledgeable about what pricing looked like, payment options, what to expect, and many other things.On the day of our scheduled replacement, Red Dog’s’ team arrived promptly and got to work. Patrick was overseeing the project, came and introduced himself, and gave us a run down on what to expect. Throughout the day, he came to check in and let us know when they’d be taking a break or going for lunch. Just before the team went to lunch, Michael stopped by to say hi and bring them water.By 6pm, our new roof was on and everything was cleaned up. They replaced the roofing over our garage and, as a result, there was debris around the floor in there. I was expecting to have to blow the garage out myself after they had finished. I went out with Patrick to look over the finished product and found that the team had already done it during their clean up.After the team had left, we noted one of our gutters were slightly bent and a couple small divots in the yard from ladders (probably from the ground being wet the day they worked).We reached out to Red Dog’s to let them know and find out what could be done. Again, we worked with Michael. During the call, he pointed out to us that it looked like part of our gutter had been damaged. We said that was one of the reasons for the call. He came out to look at the problem areas with us and look over everything. They scheduled to have someone come out to repair the gutter at their expense and Michael brought a bag of dirt to fill in the divots.We are very happy with our experience with Red Dog’s Roofing and highly recommend them to everyone!Service: Roof installation

Great company to work with. It started with a phone call asking for a quote to replace my roof. I spoke with Pablo, he was very friendly. He worked out someone coming to my home on an off time for them but worked great for me. I received a call the day before leading up to the home visit. The next day, Tyler was on time and very thorough with the inspection process. He sat down with my wife and I and explained everything that they had to do, and also brought samples of roofing to pick. I felt more then comfortable with moving forward with Red Dogs. As soon as we signed the paperwork we where notified with an approx. date that the roof would begin. I received a date, and was updated about 3 times before the installation date. Red Dog's Roofing was top notch from start to finish. Tyler, Mike and their crew were very helpful and professional. The crew supervisor kept us informed about what was going on and why. We have flowers and shrubs around our house. They took care to protect them all with heavy netting and woodframes. There was minimal damage to a few annuals and perennials. We were given a small sum to replace the annuals with some fall plants. The insulation came down when the plywood was replaced over the attic area. They came back to reinstall the insulation.
