We reached out to Busy-Bee Cleans for a Move-In Clean at our new home. We've tried out all kinds of cleaners in the past, all of whom we've liked personally, but there were two issues we'd almost always encounter: neglected spots and toxic cleaning products. We were prepared to trade for one or the other but with Busy Bee-Cleans, we finally found a service that we didn't have to! From the very beginning, Carrielynn, was so professional, responsive, transparent, and patient, answering all of my questions about the products they use, and services they offer. She was also willing to be flexible day-of. Given that we hadn't moved into our new home yet, we didn't necessarily know what services we might need in addition to the ones we had selected ahead of time. Carrielynn kept in touch throughout the process and even went out of her way to recommend methods and products to us if we wanted to tackle a project ourselves later on. While the house didn't appear to be in terrible shape before Busy Bee-Cleans arrived, my husband and I immediately noticed the difference once we arrived. Details like windowsills, light switches, the insides of kitchen and bathroom drawers were not forgotten. I also use her bi weekly she would always update me on things that needed extra love things I didn't even notice and always watching out for my home!! We’ve lived in our home for about two years and have been doing cleaning and upkeep on our own. I wish I hired busy bee sooner! We did a deep clean and our home truly looks brand new. She got to areas I never would have thought of- the lighting is brighter, the floors pristine, the vents brand new, and with two dogs- I can’t find a speck of hair. Not only did she do an incredible job, but she was willing to travel for our services. I only wish she lived closer! Cannot wait to do this again. The owner made an appointment, was on time and have an estimate immediately.On the day of the scheduled work, the job was completed and it was EXCEPTIONAL. Look no further for a professional who will NOT only leave your business property looking spic and span BUT will also give her 110% to make sure you are completely satisfied. I have NOT had my portrait studio cleaned in 3 years professionally and WOW my mouth dropped open when I walked into it. It was like a BRAND NEW space. Busy Bee is a company with exceptional integrity in the work they do. They really pay attention to details and have worked so hard on my carpet stains and removing pet hair from my furniture. Was unsure about wether or not I should go with another cleaning company after my last few experiences, but let me tell you! This company doesn't skip a beat, they cleaned everything, and I mean everything, every nook and cranny, under the rugs, above the cabinets, high and low, that mess had to go! the amount of dust in my home was unbelievable, removed stains I didn't think would ever come out, and they are very pet friendly, my cat's don't like anyone, but they loved her, I didn't think it was possible to clean up all of the cat hair, but she did it! Honestly just unbelievable, professional, punctual, and just a joy to be around, from start to finish, Busy Bee Cleans? Yes please!

Have you ever paid money to have your house organized just to have it unorganized again?!? Well then you should call Busy bees organization it’s amazing!!Carrielynn and Jess arrived prompt and ready to organize! They took the time to listen to my wants and needs. They asked me important questions not only about organizing my closets but about how the organizational system would work best for me. I felt extremely comfortable with them in my home. They did not rush me or make me feel like I was on a timed schedule. Before they left they made sure everything was done and nothing was left for me to deal with. Contacted Carrielynn on a Monday to schedule a Move-In clean. After a few emails, we had settled on that Friday! Great flexibility, and I'm glad I reached out.Carrielynn rolled up wearing a mask and gloves in her unassuming sedan which somehow fit her and all of her cleaning caddies and machines. I walked her through the house. She was kind, thorough, friendly, and eager to help me out. She sent me an invoice upon inspection which I could pay with a few taps on my phone - really great practice for a pandemic.I held the door as she carried her equipment in, then went to take down some blinds. When I returned she had already jumped up on her ladder and was scrubbing the cabinets out. I turned around and she was right at it!I finished up my tasks and exchanged numbers with Carrielynn, who told me 5 hours later the job would be done. That afternoon I received a text that she had cleared out. I returned to find the house looking, smelling, and FEELING clean.
