We chose Keiter for our home remodel because of their references, their aesthetic, and their commitment to thorough planning. We adore our new spaces - a full custom kitchen, new dining room, new full bath and mudroom, and a gorgeous front porch. I often work from home, and my kids were underfoot some days. It was so wonderful to have a crew on site I could feel 100% comfortable with. No egos, all open and honest communication - a breath of fresh air! One employee mentioned to me that he has worked for Keiter for many years and they still treat him just as well as they did when they were a much smaller operation - that's pretty special.

They were professional and on schedule and I was extremely impressed with the way one team after another showed up at my house to complete their part of the project, there were no gaps between the sub contractors and the work is beautiful and top notch! Keiter Corporation Building is always our first and only choice when planning a home construction or update. We have hired them for several different projects since moving to Northampton ten years ago. These include kitchen remodeling, bathroom shower remodeling, installing wood flooring in place of carpeting in the bedrooms, building an outdoor kitchen blended seamlessly with an existing pool house, and construction of an expansive outdoor deck with a railing system that allows us to enjoy an unobstructed view of the surrounding fields and woodlands. The most recent project completed involved winterization of a summer screened-in porch, complete with a beautiful stone fireplace and windowed walls. We love it! We are currently in the process of working with Scott Keiter and his managers to update our kitchen cabinetry and backsplash, and installing a safer non-slip tile floor in our master bathroom. All of the professionals Keiter Corporation works with are excellent, dependable, experienced and receptive to their clients. A very positive experience. We completely overhauled a remote 1960's camp (800sqft) to year-round, modern and functional residence. Many years ago Mr. Keiter and his team saved the back half of our home after uncovering a lot of faulty and unsafe work from an ex home owner hack. The back half of the house was literally in jeopardy of falling down! They installed a foundation for support and worked from the ground up to properly address all of the issues. We wound up with a great new bonus room and bathroom. Quality couldn't have been higher! I cannot recommend them highly enough.
