NEW GUTTERS!!!It started with Andrii coming out and making it super easy to estimate and plan for the best options. He was prompt in sending the contract and signing up for the next best possible date (which was quick as well). The installation was thorough, clean and to the exact specifications. The installers did a great job validating the installation, and building the drains to our needs of connecting to underground drainage. They brought all equipment necessary to make it easy and to our needs. They even moved our motion lights to make room for the new gutters. Professional, easy to work with, on time, no cost surprises, good quality, timely completion are a few things I would say about UBrothers Construction. Thank you for the new gutters. The three-man crew was excellent - timely, good skills and very attentive to the work (including cleanup), and completed the work within one day. I had an excellent experience with UBrothers Construction. They helped us with full window replacements (new construction) throughout the entire house along with a slider door.I was very impressed with how clean the installations were and have full confidence that the new installations are water tight.They were extremely careful removing the existing window trim without damaging our relatively new siding and reinstalled new Hardie Trim to match what was installed prior.I plan to work with UBrothers for all of our future home projects and fully trust Andrii and his crews. After researching and meeting with several different companies, we chose UBrothers Construction. I met with Andrii, who brought over samples, went over different options, and answered all of my questions and concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and friendly. Communication was excellent by texts or emails. The quote was competitive, reasonable, and transparent. We decided with Everlast composite siding, PVC trim, custom PVC mounting blocks, and Henry Blueskin for our project.There were a couple of instances where Andrii helped saved us some time and money even before the siding work started. We had already signed a contract with a different roofing company to have our roof, rakes, fascia, soffits, and gutters replaced prior to finding UBrothers. Andrii was kind enough to offer to help speak with the roofers and explain how the new soffits needed to be installed tight against the wall in preparation for the upcoming siding work. He also stopped by to check on the progress and noticed another detail with how the new rakes were going to be installed, so he spoke to the roofers about adding a spacer behind the rake boards. If Andrii didn't point out any of these details, the soffits and rake boards would have needed to be fixed when the siding started. This would have meant more material and labor cost.We came across a couple of unexpected issues with our home after the roofing was completed, which required repairs. This meant a delayed start date for the siding project. Andrii was very understanding and accommodating about they delay and even offered his services to help perform the repairs. We decided it would be best to use his crew since they would already be on site. As the new siding started to go up on the wall, the crew noticed some of the siding panels were defective. Andrii contacted the sales rep for the siding and got the defective batch replaced at no charge. Whatever the issues may be, Andrii takes everything in stride and has the experience to come up with a solution.Our siding specialists were Serghei and Ivan. Both are highly skilled, professional, courteous, and hardworking. They always showed up on time and cleaned up every day. The entire team at UBrothers Construction cares about making sure every detail is perfect and that we were happy with the work. The quality and workmanship of the finished product looks amazing. It exceeded our expectations. We have received numerous compliments about how nice our house looks. If we were to do it all over again, we would hire UBrothers to do our roofing project along with the siding at the same time. A family friend recommended UBrothers for siding and window installation.Andrii was the manager and came over to explain the entire process. I've worked with other contractors to do siding several times at my other properties and I did not want to waste Andrii's time since the busy spring/summer schedules are coming up. I know contractors are super booked for everything. I simply gave Andrii exactly what I needed and in 15 mins we were good to go.I chose pacific blue vinyl trim with PVC trim and 2 new windows in the garage. Everything was delivered on-time, the entire project from stripping everything down to cleanup took about 5 days. I had siding and new gutters done They did a very good job. Two man crew worked hard and had siding and gutters done in a little over a week. They even worked over the weekend. They listened to any concerns I had and replaced any rotted wood before wrapping the house for siding. They made my 1947 house look like new . Dealing with UBrothers Construction was as easy, simple and as honest as it can possibly get. From the initial consultation through project completion, dealing with Andrii was a very pleasant experience. He is a down to earth and honest person, who did not try to upsell me anything.I had a broken sliding patio door and Andrii advised me what brand/type of door to get (Harvey), which was not ridiculously priced, yet had all the quality and bells and whistles of the more expensive brands (which were 2X to 3X more). I was impressed that he did not try and sell me the most expensive door. Upon seeing the door in person and assessing the build quality as well as the energy efficiency ratings and the warranty, I am glad I took his advice. Andrii took care of the permit, scheduling the work and providing up to a 30 minute window of when his installers would arrive.His installers did a fantastic job of installing the door. They spent about 5 hours and worked very methodically, not cutting any corners. They left a perfectly installed door, perfectly reinstalled trim and the entire area perfectly clean. Truly impressive quality of work by UBrothers and their crew. I have a couple more projects in the horizon, and for sure I will be using UBrothers again.

Andrii and the Ubrothers team did a great job on our house! We had the team install Hardie plank siding with pvc trim and aluminumwrapped facia (plus install two new windows). Andrii was great with communication and the team worked hard to get the project donein the anticipated amount of time. This was especially impressive since the team had to work through the brutal heat that we had this summer.On the last day, the team did a good cleanup and Andrii did a walkthrough of the project with me and made sure all the small detailswere taken care of. If I had to do this again, I might ask the team to be a little more cognizant of the shrubs surrounding my house,but even with that, I would absolutley hire Ubrothers to do my next project.

Very Satisfied !We worked with Andrei as a project manager to replace 10 windows and a exterior door on a 3 season porch to make it into a year round room. (The old windows were 'jalousie' and not energy efficient). It was a 'sensitive' replacement as we wanted to match the high quality and energy efficient 2 Andersen Woodright 400 windows in the rest of the house. Andreii worked with us to make sure our (expensive) order was correct, so we got what we wanted since they are an Authorized Andersen installer. Other contractors bids were not as precise.Also, the team that installed them did excellent work. Since I'm a bit of a handyman, my plan was to do the finish carpentry (to save some cash, and because I enjoy doing it). The installation was square and level and gave me a good base from which to do the finish work.Andreii was always there to answer questions, and address any issues, and the team was efficient and always cleaned up afterwards.You will find Before and After Picture below.I still need to add the crown molding, and some corner trim, paint etc., and we plan to replace the floor, but overall the project is coming along nicely and it was a very good experience working with UBrothers, (Andreii, and team).I would definitely recommend them..Service: Window installation

After consulting and receiving quotes from several reputable contractors we decided to go with UBrothers for a major siding and window project.It was indeed the right decision. Andrii came out several times to consult on the project which was a complete tear off of vinyl siding from the 80’s along the original underlying wood siding from 60’s.The new siding is all Hardie Plank in Country Lane Red which is extremely solid.In addition we replaced two large casement windows on the back of the house in the dining room and kitchen. I opted for 400 series wood and aluminum for durability and to keep in character of the house.The team at UBrothers showed up on the scheduled date, on time and ready to go. The team was very respectful, meticulous, hardworking and professional. I was immediately impressed by the team’s solid work ethnic. They used state of the art equipment, tools, safety equipment and best practices. Communication was constant throughout the project. Any questions or concerns were quickly addressed. Andrii and his crew (Omar was the lead carpenter on site) were exceptional from start to finish. Andrii was communicative and helpful in creating a plan. He was able to pivot and make changes to the overall design, without hesitation. He is very knowledgeball with construction, having worked on an install team for many years before starting his own business.Ubrothers did a full gut of three layers of siding on my 100+ year old home. This required 3 large dumpsters of debris to be taken off site. At the end of each day, they swept, did a magnetic nail sweep and blew all the dust out of the yard.They put an inch of foam, sealed all joints with tape (to create an air barrier), and then installed white JH clapboard siding. They also put in all new construction Marvin windows, and a new roof. Andrii was also able to work with a spray foam company to get my roof spray foamed with closed cell form the outside -- something they don't offer, but made happen because I wanted it.Andrii's quote was reasonable, and all the line items on the contract was followed to precision. He even did a few additional things without upcharging us. As you can see in the pictures, our dream home was realized. They subcontracted out a metal roofing team that finished the three awnings on the outside.I am extremely picky person when it comes to construction as I have experience doing a lot of this work. Andrii was patient, and rose to my high expectations each time. When there were miscommunications (as there always will be in this large of a project) he quickly found workable solutions. Andrii and his team replaced our 24 year old roof, 3 roof vents, and added a ridge vent. They repaired problems with the gutters and added flashing to avoid some issues of fascia and soffit rot that were discovered. They also repaired a rotted load-bearing beam in the attached garage, and replaced a gable vent on the front of the house. They replaced old wooden shutters and thus eliminated a home for the bats that were inhabiting that area by placing the shutters flush against the house. All work was expertly done, the cleanup was quite complete, and all questions and concerns were answered quickly and/or dealt with in a very efficient manner. The team went the extra mile to do a great job. There were a number of suspect areas on the house that looked worse than they were, and we appreciated Andrii's approach to those: to fix as needed but not to do anything that was not necessary. All at a fair, great price. We are in our 80's, and this was by far the best experience we have ever had!

Ubrother's construction did an outstanding job at replacing two very large skylights on my mother in law's roof. I'm a handyman by trade, and I'm comfortable doing most exterior repair jobs, but when it comes to doing skylights if they are not done perfectly they tend to leak and be problematic. When I reached out to Ubrothers they got back to me the same day and were on site the next day early morning to meet with me and provide an estimate. I was very concerned that the work had to be done on a 20 year old roof but Andrii assured me his roofing team was top notch and could get the job done without any complications. The next day his team installed the two skylights and did an amazing job of blending them into the existing roof. Two days later the big test, we had terenchal rainfall and not a drop! So happy I chose this company to do the work. Price was very reasonable and workers did a great job of cleaning up.Thanks Ubrothers!

We contacted several companies for quotes to redo the exterior on our house. I was most impressed by Andrii's knowledge and willingness to go over all the different options during an initial consultation phone call. I asked a lot of questions, pros and cons of all the options, and got lots of help to decide what was the best product within our budget. We ended up choosing James Hardie siding in Aged Pewter, Invisivent vinyl soffits, PVC window & door trims, and aluminum wrap on fascia - a complete makeover. The proposal process was quick and smooth, the quote is extremely detailed, and the pricing is transparent (no surprises!).Workmanship by the UBrothers was impeccable and they were able to finish the project in about 3 weeks, even working on some weekends and re-scheduling around rainy weather. All the workers were hard-working, professional, and friendly/kind...pretty much everything you could ask for. The yard was kept clean as much as possible for a project of this magnitude. Andrii was also frequently on site, available for any questions/concern, and open to additional requests. They have very high standards, are meticulous with details, and really go the extra mile to do everything perfectly and to your satisfaction! Here are just a few highlights I can think of:1) After I didn't like how the trim looked on a couple bump-outs and pointed it out, they did extra custom trim work at no additional cost to improve the look.2) The existing gutters on our house were leaky and bent in one spot. After wrapping the fascia boards in aluminum and putting our gutters back up, the leaks went away and they also fixed the bent area.3) They noticed that the side door on our garage needed to be fixed. And even though it wasn't in the scope of the project, they still told me about it (of course, I asked them to do the job).4) They re-routed a dryer vent through a cutout in the new vinyl soffit instead of through a hole on the fascia in order to improve the look. Again, at no additional cost.5) Their electrician stayed a couple hours after normal hours to move the wiring for a light fixture from outside the house in a switch box to a new switch panel on the inside of our house.6) And lastly... a rabbit died in our backyard one night after getting stuck in a net that I left outside. The next morning, one of the crew members removed the poor rabbit with his hands while wearing gloves, grabbed a shovel, dug a hole, and buried it for us. =)Anyway, there's really not much more I can say except a big "thank you" to the UBrothers for transforming our home! I give a well-deserved two thumbs up and my highest recommendation!!

I hired UBrothers for siding installation. Andrii is so nice to work with, very easy to talk to. The project finished quite well, especially the window trims which I’m a bit concerned before starting, but it turns out to be really nice. I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.
